If you're like me, you've been obsessing over purchasing a new tv. I've read countless technical reviews, watched videos, etc. I had a very specific set of features I wanted, and it was proving very difficult to find that in Atlanta at a reasonable price without having to wait for delivery. Gotta be honest, I was pretty sketched out when I decided to give these guys a shot. The deal seemed too good to be true, and I had more than 1 warning bell going off in my head. They didn't go away when I showed up to their facility and it was located in a warehouse/industrial complex. Those bells REALLY started going off when the door was locked and I had to ring a bell for someone to let me in. By the time the girl let me in, and then proceeded to BOLT THE DOOR BEHIND ME (with zero explanation), I was pretty sure I was going to die. At this point though, they pulled out the exact tv I showed up to purchase, pulled it out of the packaging (which was open, but intact), plugged it in, showed me it worked and how to use it, and they even helped me load it into my car. I drove away 5 minutes later a very happy customer.

TL;DR- I thought it was sketchy too, but I'm glad I took the chance. Very happy with my purchase.

Went into the store looking for a 65 inch LG G9 and John informed me that it had sold that morning. I asked if he had anymore, he replied that he didn't but he had a CX model on the truck. Out of Curiosity I asked where the TV's came from, like a liqudation from local stores or best buy. Instantly he became defensive and said why would I tell you that? Do you go to best buy and ask where there TV's come from? I replied no, I know that they are a certifed reseller, I don't need to ask them where they come from. He said that he is a business like just like Best Buy, and I said sure but not a certified reseller. He then said why don't you just ask what you are thinking.........Are they stolen TV's.

Thats when I lost it, not for one second did I think the TV's were stolen. I was just wondering where they came from.......customer returns that didn't sell in store or something of that nature.

I left the store upset, I would never recommend working with someone that is shady to say the least and cannot answer such a simple and reasonable question. Then to have the audicity to accuse me that I thought he had stolen them.
