Dollar Tree — Attraction in Converse

When I visited... there was probably just a truck delivery recently, because everything was fully stocked & I was able to find every item I needed (even some brand new items that I wanted)...I found the store to be clean and the employees very courteous. I ended up showing up "last minute" before closing because I was unaware of the hours, & the employees were NOT "rude & pushy, trying to get me out in a split second so they can go home", the way some Dollar tree store employees are at other locations! The cashier that rang up my items for me (Mia), was extremely polite, friendly, & very helpful! Thanks Mia & the rest of the Converse, Texas Dollar Tree staff for your excellent customer service & dedication to ensuring your customers leave satisfied with their purchase(s) & their visit in general! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location, spreading the word about my positive experience when I visited, and encouraging my friends & family to shop at this location whenever possible... Keep up the great work, Converse, Texas Dollar...

Okay so I don’t make review unless something is REALLY wrong. This older Caucasian lady with short hair and a very bad attitude that was working at register 3 today was putting my order up and i had barely opened my drink but waited to pay so it wasn’t open well I was conversation with someone else in line and forgot to tell her. So a little got in the bag and at first she was okay when she thought it had a hole in it and I was like oh no it’s ok don’t throw it I kinda opened it. So she got irritated and threw out stuff with attitude on the side while she just stands there looking crazy. She been rude before as she’s worked here a while but just ignored it! How is this mean ass no customer service having human being still working here because I have more professionalism than her to control what I wanted to say for her doing that and I’m not the one at work! The staff will know who I’m talking about if other customers havnt experienced this woman next time she won’t get the gracious me if she can’t control...

Not all Dollar Trees are created equal!

Three that are closest to my house are rather cramped, dark, understaffed places. That are often out of items, and always seem to have the isles clogged with merch waiting to be stocked.

This location, well; open, inviting, well staffed. Everything the other stores are not! I found items that I hadn't seen in the other stores in months, if not years! Staff accessible, and eager to help! The type of store that I would love to have near.

I feel like I should take the people from the Dollar Trees near me over to this store, to show them what their stores...
