I went in there today September 8th 2022. Today is my birthday I had 500 dollars to play with I went in the store. I had a red tote bag that actually is my purse. Now the woman on the floor was very nice amd smiley. I started walking around trying to figure out what I wanted because I needed everything jewlery shoes and outfit for my birthday dinner. Now I'm not sure why she was hovering around me I guess my tote bag PURSE but I work retail and so I know she was watching me as if I was a theft risk. If she had asked me if she could have helped me find anything and assisted me rather than shuffle clothes on the hanger right behind me I would have stayed and looked longer and spent my birthday money there. She was definitely surveilling me and I felt so uncomfortable I said have a good day and walked out. Yall need to remember that shoppers have to look around to shop. Thanks for saving my birthday money that I specifically come out to spend. Do better. Honestly. First and last time...

I'm so sick of purchasing items from here and the rules change for returning items depending upon the individual working. One minute all you need is your receipt, today it has to have a tag. What's the point in paying money for clothes that you can't return? I WILL not return to buy anything and will encourage others to shop elsewhere also. Not to mention the last time I tried to return something the young lady stole my receipt and acted as if I never gave it to her. Useless Useless and USELESSNESS!!! I've had enough...
