Mon Cafe Japan — Restaurant in Conway

The food was actually not appetizing or tasty.. It was a tad worse that food-court japanese food.. but, the mayo sauce was excellent. Tasted as it should, and unfortunately, was the best part of the meal. The dollop of rice was a tad small than I've had before at other japanese takeout places.

Usually japanese places give a decent amount of sauteed zucchini with the meal, but I got a ton of onions with two pieces of zucchini.. Disappointing.

The speed of service was very good, but frankly it wasn't that busy.

The restaurant's interior is extremely dated. The tables and chairs have been there since at least 2008. A lot of dead space on counters, et cetera. Thankfully there was good air conditioning inside, which I was worrying that because of how it looks inside that the A/C was going to be an issue.

All-around, just go to Ichinbans if you're craving japanese. You're going to pay a pretty penny, but it's...

The person taking to go orders rang in the complete wrong food, and unfortunately when we got home to open the food is when we realized it. When I called and told them what had happend the “owner” pretty much said there was nothing he would do unless we drove all the way back up there with the food that was wrong (which was fine) and paid the difference for the mistake the person he has running the counter made. Normally I’m not one to complain but the complete lack of care for the issue from the so called owner was definitely not good customer service and I most definitely will NOT be returning or spending any more money with a business where they are clearly more conserved about being money hungry than fixing a mistake that was made on...

We have eaten here several times. I NEVER leave a harsh review, unless there is good reason. I'm so disappointed to say the least. My husband had the steak and took it back because it was like eating leather. The employees never offered any apology.And in fact seemed very annoyed and with no urgency to get get him something else. The cashier was extremely rude and was to busy picking ather ear and rubbing her nose. The owner of this establishment should be very concerned and informed.
