Subway — Restaurant in Conway

I ordered subs for my son's birthday online for his guests... we specified the orders and ingredients...No mayonnaise, there was only two subs right (Meatball subs) and mayonnaise on the other 5... we also requested they be cut in 4ths... the girl told us at pick up, she did not see it and still didn't fix it.... she put whatever she felt like on the subs... we requested them to be made at 4:30pm... they were made earlier by the receipt...all soaking wet and soggy.... NONSENSE...WE TOSSED THEM. I called the following day to speak to management and read her my receipt # because when I called the store after getting home, the girl became argumentive...telling me she put what it said on them...which was not true! Management told me she would check over the order, we never received a call back. Sloppy work, sloppy management, sloppy subs, SLOPPY JOES... we will never order from this Subway again...money wasted, Good thing we bought Pizza , otherwise our guest would have had no food at my son's birthday party..THANKS FOR NOTHING! Still waiting on someone to make this...

Absolutely horrible people here, mainly “Jayden” the employee who holds herself higher then everyone, sweet young lady named grace who was trying to help me make a sandwich and did a very swell job but two customers behind me were waiting impatiently for another employee to come out and help but “Jayden” kept doing her own thing leaving the new employee by herself to run the front. Absolutely unacceptable behavior here but I managed to hold my tongue next time I see something like this happen I will be raising a complaint with customer service or even with HR as I have contact with a couple other subway employees. Sadly I have to leave at least one star to write this review, would not recommend based on the service from one employee. It really shows one bad egg can...

Let’s just start off with when I walked in there I encountered a guy being snobby to a customer, I then insisted to my husband that we should leave but we were already there so we stayed. I got a footlong Turkey add bacon before the guy started on my order I told him I was PREGNANT and my food had to be WELL DONE so me or my child doesn’t get sick. So I then asked him if he could toast my bacon separately because of that. He toasted my bacon and it was medium done and partially STILL RAW! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I couldn’t even eat...
