CPR Cell Phone Repair — Attraction in Conway

I previously frequented the location on Iris St. I had even referred multiple people to CPR due to my excellent experiences working with Tim and Victor. Unfortunately that location closed. So I Googled the closest location to me. I was given the location of 117 Rivertown Blvd unit C Conway SC 29526. The drive is 34 mins from my house. I get to the location and Keith Walter is working who I later find out is the owner. As soon as my son and I entered the location Keith seemed to be disgusted that we would even consider coming in his store. I showed him my IPad 2 that my demolished with a hair brush and he seemed disgusted to even have to look at an IPad 2. Then he said $120 for repair. I asked why would it be $120 when the other location charged me $89. He gave me some bs line about competing companies and having to stay competitive. That his location doesn’t have competition. I was in disbelief. He said so flippantly. I said really? That’s really what your going with. He said yes and dismissed me very rudely. I went into his store on the 6/6/2020, I was treated like a kid with mommy’s money. I make my own money by the way, my screen was broken and my Touch ID was working, after 30-ish minutes I got it back with a new screen, it was awesome, later that night I realized I been putting my passcode in to many times, I went to test my Touch ID, it wasn’t working. We was busy all this week so we decided to drop by Keith’s store when going back home to Lexington, Sc. I was treated the same way, after a little heated conversations, we settled on him fixing it right there and then. Great honest customer service at CPR of Conway. I have used their service several times for damaged screen replacements, water damage and a couple repairs in general. We are a fan of apple products iPhones and ipads and our son uses android unfortunately we have had them all in for repair. We worked with Keith and he has been more than fair, honest and very prompt with our phones and note pads. Thank you for taking such great care of us as your customers. Thank you for staying after hours to get my phone back to me the same day on my last visit.
