Fountaine Bleau Conway — Attraction in Conway

I lived here for a year. The apartments themselves are nice. But I’ve Also, had many issues. Anytime anything breaks, such as washer and dryers Icemakers, and, etc. You can expect it to be months before it even gets fixed and that’s if even does get fixed not all things ever got fixed. This has happened on multiple occasions and also my neighbors have confirmed the same thing with their apartment. The staff will write you up for whatever they can find they can write you up. One day I was cleaning my apartment, left trash Outside, while cleaning the rest of the apartment and throwing stuff out and they wrote me up for leaving trash outside, That was not even there for an hour. I called the front desk about it And all they threaten me was that I signed the contract And that it was a part of the contract. So finally I left the apartments. Only to find out the things that were already broken in the apartment before I moved in they charged me for it after I left. The only thing I physically broke in the apartments when I lived, there were 1 set of blinds that went over a door and they charge me over...

I was beyond excited to move into this apartment complex and left extremely unsatisfied for countless reasons that I can go on about. This complex has the potential to be a peaceful and enjoyable place to live at but sadly the staff ruins that. I have lived all around the United States and this is by far the number one worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in due to the experience with the unprofessional staff. The front desk office lady is extremely rude and has a foul mouth. The maintenance will not complete maintenance request. One out of 8 was completed and that’s because I had to track them down over and over due to the request being a safety concern. The staff is extremely condescending as well as lies about handling things that need to be done/have been something . Not to mention they hand out lease violations like candy. Along with having high retaliation. No matter how nice or respectful you are to them they do not reciprocate, very much passive aggressive. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I find it shocking all of the nice reviews regarding staff. I have had nothing but bad experiences where management is disrespectful and belittles myself and my roommate. I have lived here for 3 years for college and cannot wait to move out. If I had another option within those 3 years I absolutely would have moved. The apartment itself it decently built and one of the nicer apartments on the market that is pet friendly, but anytime there has been an issue it takes weeks sometimes over a month before something gets fixed. Sometimes they’d finally come to fix it and I had forgotten what was broken because it had been so long and I handled it myself at that point. I’ve spoken to many other residents who have had nothing but bad things to say and I cannot believe this place has 4.3 stars and any positive reviews.
