I worked with Pat and told her pretty much what I was looking for over the phone. I HATE shopping. I told her I wanted leather in warm tones. I also mentioned we are tall and prefer big and tall furniture.
When I walked in the store she took me to exactly what I was looking for! She showed me other options, but it wasn't necessary because she communicated and understood so well, she knew exactly what I wanted.
I'm very happy with our new sofa and recliners. Not only are they welcoming and beautiful, they are so comfy! Thanks so much for making shopping so easy for a girl who hates to shop!
When I ordered my recliners, I was told it would be July before they could get them in. They were delivered today. June 28th. Much sooner than the July date I was first given.
The delivery guys did a great job! They pulled into our shop drive and carefully backed to our driveway. They even took care not to drive on the edge of our lawn!!

I was very very impressed with Judith! She was able to help me pick out bedroom and living room furniture and I look forward to working with her again! My items are scheduled to be delivered today! I can't wait. BUT owners! Shame on you! My husband is a quad in a wheelchair and we had to be ushered in the side door and over gravel parking area, jump a 2 inch lip just to get him in! Here Is my challenge to you sit in an office chair restrict your legs and arms and see how you manage to get around! Life is hard enough when you have a disability, but add businesses like yours that don't have dignified way to access stores is ridiculous, its just pure laziness to not place a cheap fix of some kind. HORRIBLE delivery guys that didn’t notice one chair was missing w/ informing me in the end after I mentioned it, my salesperson should have called me; they attempted to refuse to set -up my bed or move the sectional to where I originally requested & argued with me by telling me they couldn’t perform these duties as they were running late for their next appointment & was verbally stated they were frustrated as I asked why was I being penalized for their lack of proper timing. When I spoke to one of the store owners he DEFENDED this behavior - customer service or the lack thereof starts at the top then rolls down! As long as I was spending money it was good, but once the “relationship” ended the customer service ended........... I have two+ more rooms to finish, but it...
