SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Cookeville

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Recently I had back surgery and was unable to go anywhere so I attempted to cut my own hair which didn't turn out so well. Once able to get out again I came here to get my hair cleaned up and fixed as best as possible. I specifically told Kimberly, at least four or five times, not to shave my head. Told her repeatedly to leave some hair on top and that I did not want my head shaved. She then proceeded to shave my head bald, right down to the scalp. I then said, 'hey, I thought I said over and over that I did not want my head shaved.' She then proceeded to explain to me what I did wrong when I tried to cut my own hair. By far the worst experience I've had trying to get a haircut. We checked in online and arrived at the designated time but the two ladies working were with people...fine, no problem. So we wait and wait and wait while listening to the one stylist Donna, whose sweater is absolutely covered with other people's hair, talk loudly about her poor experience trying to buy a jet-ski to the poor man trapped in her chair. When the other stylist FINALLY finished the other man's cut instead of taking us back she took back a group of six people who must have been friends or family members because she didn't bother asking their names or checking them in. We gave up and went to the place at Walmart and got great haircuts with no wait. This place...

I went to Super Cuts in Cookeville and told the stylist (I believe her name was Donna) that I wanted 2-3 inches cut off and a few layers...well she starts cutting in a straight line across the whole way back of my hair and then she divides my hair in half one time and cuts in a straight line on the top half and that was the end of my haircut...it was an awful haircut,I havent had too many bad hair cuts in my life but this tops it...I usually like to tip whoever cuts my hair and I did this time too but I sure didnt want to...when I got home none of my hair was the same length as any of the rest of it and it is so bulky where she just cut one straight line across,very disappointed..maybe there needs to be some continuing...
