5 Stars!!! A Fantastic Experience at Dogtopia of Coppell!

I never thought I’d use a doggy daycare or boarding service, but after carefully reviewing Dogtopia of Coppell’s website and reading through the reviews, I decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did!

One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to ensuring all dogs are a good fit for the environment. They don’t just accept every dog that walks through the door. They take the time to evaluate your pet for temperament and behavior, which shows they truly care about the safety and well-being of every dog in their care.

My pup Ash had a blast! He came home happy, tired, and clearly had a full day of fun and play. What really impressed me was how excited he was to come back for his next visit — always a good sign that he’s being well taken care of and enjoying his time there.

I was always one of those people who said I would never put my dog in doggy daycare. Boy was I wrong. I needed my dog to go somewhere for a day and I had no choice but to take her to daycare. I was very scared but Frank and his team were so helpful. My dog was nervous at first because it was a new experience & she did not know what to expect. The team was so patient with her. This place does have cameras & anytime I dropped in to see how she was Grace was running & interacting with the dogs. Love this! My baby got so excited when Grace was at the office during drop off. Seeing how much she loves the staff makes me feel really good. Another thing I love about this place is their flexibility. The only downfall is there is not outdoors space here, but it honestly does not affect the love & care this place gives the dogs. My dog gets so happy when she realizes she’s going to camp she loves it & it is a huge blessing for me. They also have a calendar & do fun activities for the dogs. My pup...

After repeated solicitations to ask us to come in for a “Meet & Greet” I finally relented.

I was asked to send in my dog’s shot records. This is standard operating procedure for a dog care facility.

After I sent the records I was asked twice again for these. Then I was requested to download their app. After that the app asked me to send the records yet again.

When we arrived for the on site appointment the staff asked me to send them the dog’s record AGAIN!!

My basic take on this business is, if you can’t take care of the most simple tasks like tracking client emails why should I trust you with something as important as my dogs? ...
