I've been going to this location from September 2020 and today will be my last day step inside this club even though December 2020 I bought 1 year membership for $2100 from their promo on Christmas (their policy: you can't book multiple classes in sameday eventhough this is the unlimited package). So what happened today was: The class started at 10:30am , I showed up at 10:36am ; the girl in the front didn't let me go to the class since theirs policy you can't go late - come on Club Pilates in Coppell, life is full of stress from my hectic schedule already, and I don't need to add more stress, "exercises is for helping get rid of anxiety". Back to my life time gym from now on. Good bye club pilates in Coppell! Don't get me wrong, I love Lisa, Kimberly, Ashley, Fran, Alexa..... they are good instructors - but your business is not a good fit...

Still it was a completely new and fun experience while being a good low-impact workout. Intro class was basic but not boring, simple to follow yet showed a range of the various types of exercises one might find in any Pilates class.

The only downside is the Club Pilates cancellation policy, it’s seriously annoying. I have payed unlimited classes per month which is $199. But they have a 12hour cancellation policy and it’s really hard to know the schedule because of my work timings. I can only know what the day is going to be like once I am at work. I don’t want to end up paying $10 each time that I have to cancel my class. It’s a bit too much after paying $199. It’s okay to have 2-3 hours cancellation policy, but 12 hours is a lot. I want to continue with the classes but not sure if I can with this policy charging me each time. That’s why I am giving...
