Wanted to say that we had an amazing time! With reservations since I have no ability to even draw a stick figure I was reluctant to participate. However, let me tell you I had an amazing time and a blast! They assist you in every step of the way and allow you to be as creative as you wish to be. They have multiple items that you can paint, as well as many other items that you can choose from such as hats, cups, charcuterie boards, coasters, etc etc. Our instructor was named Desiree and she was absolutely amazing and helpful and friendly with such a difficult group as ours, only because we were all over the place with our ideas. She was extremely patient and helpful and help each and every one of us individually make our projects. Not one person left their unhappy in our group. We were there for a birthday celebration and I also bought a nice crossbody as they sell local artist items in their gift shop as well. Earrings, purses come across bodies and adorable knick knacks and local artist paintings are for sale on the wall. Just an amazing place. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner as she was working with several members of our group that were making hats and she needed to assist them with the decals and designing. However, she was amazing as well and I highly recommend this place as a getaway for any event to hang with your friends in a very relaxed atmosphere where as you can bring snacks and 🍷 wine to enhance the experience, if you choose so. I strongly advise against using this location-Coppell.

I am extremely disappointment with a recent purchase from your establishment. I picked up an order for which I paid an additional $20 per item for a specified "shiny finish." Upon receiving the items, I discovered they lacked this finish entirely.

This was unacceptable. Not only were the items not as advertised, but the lack of communication regarding this significant discrepancy is deeply concerning. No one contacted me prior to pick-up to explain the absence of the shiny finish or offer an alternative solution. This lack of proactive communication demonstrates a serious failure in your customer service practices.

When I addressed this issue in person, the explanation offered – that an Owner unilaterally decided to use a different product. I requested either a refund of the $20 surcharge per item or the application of the shiny finish as originally agreed upon. This reasonable request was refused without any further explanation or attempt at compromise. The dismissive attitude displayed by the manager was particularly disheartening.

This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied with both the quality of the products and the level of customer service provided at your location. I urge you to review this matter thoroughly and implement changes to ensure that future customers are not subjected to similar treatment. I would appreciate...

Okay so I went down like a year ago or more and me and my friend stopped by and decided to do some art. We make in back to okc because we couldn’t take them home the same day WHICH WASNT SAID ! So I called almost every day and they kept telling me that they don’t ever throw anything away and that it’ll be there. I kept calling again just to make sure because again I’m in okc and wasn’t expecting for my art to have to set for weeks before I can get it. Now they are rushing me saying “policy” that was never mentioned all the times I called. The manager floor or whatever can’t give out the owner name but also not acknowledging that her “employees” and also herself aren’t letting the customers know the right information! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
