I don't have enough words to describe how amazing this office is. Having had bad experiences growing up with dermatologists' offices that wrote off my acne as a teenager and recommended that I just wash my face, I wasn't excited to have my post acne scars analyzed and written off yet again.

I took a chance on this office after a lot of research and finding out how well trained these doctors are. It's not just another skin clinic, but one that participates in research and outreach. As someone who does their own research for their profession, it makes me trust doctors that don't just want to make you confident in your own skin but really make a difference overall.

From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted by the warmest staff receive you from the receptionist desk at check-in to the staff that take you to your treatment room. no matter how busy it is, they never let it show. Well before you meet the doctors, you feel right at home. There is no pressure to do anything - no shock value to whatever skin you present to them. They truly take their time to look at your skin, prescribe a treatment regimen that actually works and aren't afraid to give you realistic expectations.

I have had three treatments done at the facility before I even decided to review it. From my facial with Wendy, my consultation and Genus RF microneedling appointment with Dr. Golomb and finally my Fraxel laser session with Dr. Forouzandeh, each experience provided me with knowledge, answered questions, calmed fear and anxiety and glowing skin. Everyone in the office is not only warm but absolutely beautiful inside and out!

It finally feels like I have found an office out of the many in Miami that truly cares to make a difference in my skin, and that carries over to how I present myself to the world. It seems dramatic to say unless you've experienced how skin riddled with acne or scars changes people's first impression of you.

I had such an amazing experience at Skin Associates of South Florida! I saw a video with Dr. Golomb on social media, so meeting her in person felt like I already knew her--and she was just as sweet, knowledgeable, and kind as she appears online.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. The office itself is stunning--spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. I will admit, finding the entrance took me a minute since I wasn't familiar with the building, but once I found the lobby, everything was smooth and easy from there.

Dr. Golomb and her entire team were absolutely fantastic. Everyone, from the front desk to the assistant and Dr. Golomb herself, made me feel comfortable and well cared for. It was my first time getting fillers and Botox, and Dr. Golomb took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all my questions without rushing. She really listened to my preferences, especially when it came to lip fillers, keeping the results natural and minimal, exactly how I wanted. I barely experienced any swelling and left feeling refreshed, confident, and more informed.

It's so hard to find places you can trust when it comes to these types of procedures, but I can confidently say Skin Associates of South Florida is that place. Whether you're looking for a small touch-up, rejuvenation, or more advanced treatments, I highly recommend them. The level of professionalism, care, and expertise here...

Sometimes, your best friend has bad advice ("you should get bangs"). Sometimes, they tell you they've been going to this practice and you should, too. That was eight (nine?) years ago. I haven't left. It's Hotel California (no champagne, though, sigh.) Over the years, I revolve door around to all the MDs because they are ALL stellar. The office is run with Swiss efficiency. Dr. Green is the most charming AND brilliant human -- he also saved my dad from a malignancy (my entire family and professional client roster goes to this practice now as a result of my love for them...) and polished my skin before my wedding to be as dewy as a pillow. Dr. Dosal is a sweet gem and saved me from spending the GDP of a small nation on products (how many derms are NOT thieves who force you into sales??) and has been there for me outside of office hours beyond her call of duty. Dr. O'Connell is a jovial breath of fresh air and so caring and diligent. And of course, the OG (original gangster) Dr. Kaufman, whom my best friend (Alyssa) had me see in the "old days" of the practice is always a delight to run into. The nurses -- Joan (ask about her hedgehogs), Marysol -- they're basically like family to us now. In fact, every year, my whole family comes at once for our group full body skin exams all boisterous and loud -- and the practice actually seems to ENJOY it!
