Not satisfied at all. I brought my iphone X in for a screen replacement about 3 weeks ago. The replacement was quick and the price was about half of anywhere else, which is awesome, but I have had nothing but problems with my screen since then. About a week after the replacement the phone screen kept turning black, I brought it in and they told me it was a loose wire. A few days later, same issue. Once again I brought it in and they told me it was a defective screen and that they replaced it, but said if I have more issues to bring it back in and they will resolve them. Now, another week later same problem screen keeps turning black. I have to shake my phone to get the screen to turn back on when this happens. At some point after shaking my phone, now my screen is glitchy. I bring it back in today and despite being told they would help me resolve the issue if it happens again the manager tells me that because the screen has glitches they will not replace it, but did offer a whole $20 discount for replacing their defective screen. I told him I haven't so much as dropped my phone in the last week, he said putting it in my pocket too hard must have damaged it. Since 2013 I have dropped my various Iphones from various different heights and have never had any issues with the screen. Even prior to them replacing my cracked screen my iphone was fully functional, I was better off before the replacement. So either this company uses extremely cheap screens, or they they gave me a defective screen and refuse to replace it. Either way, save your money and go somewhere else for your phone repair. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I feel personally taken...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't usually write reviews but I'll have to, because I went here based on good 5 star reviews that now I'm not sure they are genuine or like most businesses do now a days friends and family.... Long story short, I took my one month old phone there to have back plate replaced that cracked while in the pocket, otherwise brand new perfectly working. When I went there to pick it up fingerprint scanner didn't work. Ok, guy said give me 15 minutes just to come back and tell me it's scanner it self and they'll have to order new one at their expense. Ok so far so good...wanted my phone back in perfectly working condition but at least they offered solution. BTW guy said they would call when part gets there but they never did. Went there on my own to my surprise guy said part is here give me 30 minutes.... Ok got back there my phone wasn't fixed as per his words scanner is not a problem and he didn't know what is so he offered refound me money for original repair or to try and order another scanner that he already said is not a problem, and that's the only two options that we have!? I dont need money back for original repair, I need my phone working like it did when i left it there! So please try to resolve this issue before it gets any further. Again, hate I had to do this but people need to be warned before they do any...

Two weeks after Getting a phone screen fixed and spending quality money, I had brought them another phone to fix. The owner told me one price and then the store employee told me another. Then told me to bring cash And Iāll get a discount. It was such a discount that he put it in his back Pocket. The quality of work for the money that was spent is Unacceptable. Instead of fixing the phone, it now Clicks random things and Has a pink tint to the screen. As any normal customer would do, I called the store back and the owner answered. The owner told me to call the store employee that fixed it to see what he would say. As I was explaining to the owner, what was going on with the phone HeRudely hung up. So I then called the store employee and he basically told me to go fly a kite. This whole situation seems a little skeptical Or even maybe a scam. Has a business owner in a company you should strive to ensure your customers are happy with every product that is delivered. Iām not asking for a full refund for the service. I was just genuinely wondering why there was a problem with the screen and what my next...
