Is the ice cream good, yes, is it over priced, also yes, is the service good, absolutely not. While I have no problem spending pretty much $8 for a cup of ice cream, I do have a problem when that over priced cup of ice cream comes with horrible service. I went here with a friend and ordered a large ice cream. The ice cream barely rose above the rim of the cup. Meanwhile my friends ice cream was significantly larger than the one I ordered. When I brought it to the lady’s attention she seemed irritated as if she was doing me a favor and giving this to me for free and I hadn’t just over paid for this ice cream. She said I can make another one and once completed, proceeded to all but throw it down on the counter.

We spoke to them and asked for the manager and another lady said he wasn’t in and would be able to call the next day. We left our name and phone number. That was about 4 days ago and still nothing. Friendly advice to the franchise owner. Your product is expensive. People don’t want to pay a premium to be treated like crap. Those children you have running your business when you are away are in no way shape or form helping you to continue to be successful. With that being said. I am a huge ice cream lover, so my expectations are extremely high, hence my lack of reviews on ice cream places because they genuinely leave me unsatisfied.

This place left me begging for more. I've never had nitrogen ice cream, so this was quite the introduction. (I went to another called NA-ice cream and realized this place was special) the employees knew the menu! The man actually specifically told me what was good about every category of the menu, which left me drooling.

To reel in this review, essentially, the environment was VERY small, and the number of people made the line go out to the door, so I can quite attack to harshly on the shoulder to shoulder space that was here with the lack of chairs provided for an enjoyment inside the shop but the visuals were exciting! Steam punk kick had me jumping like a fan girl at a Taylor Swift concert as I am very much a nerd for all things steam punk.

I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the Davie area! I promise you will not leave...

Mike the owner refused to remake my order after I received a delivery from Uber eats and personally drove to the restaurant. He stated I had to deal with Uber directly. Then I offered to pay for an additional order since I was dissatisfied with the delivery and he refused to do so, stating I was rude. Mike have you asked yourself what the definition of customer service is? I guarantee you will never be successful operating another franchise in your life unless you change your ways. You must not know what the true definition of rude is. This location does not pick up the phone when you call. Customer Service Fail #1 and they’re seemingly unapologetic to their ways.
