I came here to get a dress for a wedding that i need it to attend, it was late a night the store was almost closing and all of the dresses that were hanging look like the were used or in bad condition, I choose one that look ok but still wasnāt in perfect condition and I didnāt have time to try on which it was my mistake the dress didnāt even had the tag on, the cashier ask the manager and she just told her the price but didnāt add a tag on it, the next day I try it on, it fit but it didnāt look good because part of the materia in the bottom it didnāt look in good condition to wear to a wedding, I thought that it was not going to be a problem since they were really good with returning, I couldnāt go the same day since I leve 40 min away from these place and I have 3 kids and one with special needs, when I get to the store today. The manager was very rude and says that the dress look like it was used and he couldnāt nothing about it, and I told him that in the store I could of find dress like these at the moment and he just walk away from me, I just left the dress and the receipt with the cashier because there was nothing that I could do with it, so yes I just feel like I was robed the dress was $100 dollars šš±š never...

People in the regular line started fussing because they found it unfair. Mind you people with 5 items or less were already in the left lane. Mananger who was was in register 6 told security that they were going to then stop the 5 items or less line. People who were already in it were getting checked out but when it was my turn manger decided to walk away from the register and said there was nothing she can do. I went to the other cashiers and didn't receive any type of help either. Horrible staff and service. They should have ended with the last person in the 5 items or less. Mind you manager on register was the designated cashier for 5 items or less line. Store and staff in the coral spring store is making burlington look really bad. Very unorganized and frustrating. There shouldn't be this much stress when shopping. Disgusting behavior staff and security. Very disgusting store very messy. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have just been denied entrance, although it is posted at the entrance that the store closes at 9:00. It's now 8:37 pm. This is the 2nd night that I have been denied entrance, although last night there was a line of people waiting to get in. I understand the 50% off sale and the lines. However you can't tell me that although you have 17 registers operating correctly , that people are having to wait in the check out line for 4 HOURS!!! This information was told to me by the 2 associates! Supposedly there was a maximum of 25 items allowed per person. So much for that being held true to! I've worked in retail as a cashier . It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do it, only someone who knows what they are doing and to enforce protocol! I came in only to buy a pair of shoes that I'd seen there before the lockdown. In fact, I had previously tried them. If they were there, I was buy them and leave. Nothing else. Now because of lack of management and customer service, I shop elsewhere.
