Hansen Pool Construction, Inc. — Attraction in Corona

We had asked around our neighborhood for people to recommend pool contractors and almost everybody had a problem with the contractors they used. We then found Hansen Pools who came highly recommended from a family that had just used them to do their pool in Glendale. (And, they had a great experience) From the design phase with James: He was just so delightful to work with and so willing to help us get the pool we wanted, to Wes and Shannon who were AMAZING throughout the whole process, we now have a pool, spa and backyard we absolutely love. I was very specific about certain design elements and sourcing out different paving etc... And, Shannon was so fantastic (and patient) with indulging me and also providing me with her knowledge and wisdom that she has from having managed many pool projects. It is rare to find someone like her who is really smart, and has all the technical knowledge, if she doesn't know something she doesn't make it up and goes and gets you and accurate answer, and she has great design taste when you are running ideas by her. Wes, (the owner of the company) is extremely knowledgable and was always upstanding and there if he needed to step in and lend his advice or help fix any little thing that might come up. I think the thing that stood out most to me with Hansen Pools, is that when there was a problem (which of course with construction there always is) - they were there ready to provide solutions and jumped right in to fix it. They not only fixed it, but they were always so pleasant, kind and reasonable to deal with. I cannot recommend this company enough. Let’s be honest. A new pool construction project is a major endeavor for anyone, but especially for us as first-time homeowners of just over one year. We had a lot of questions and a lot of anxiousness, but knew we wanted to make our outdoor space more livable, more welcoming, and invest in our new forever home. After interacting with 4 popular, highly rated companies in our area, Hansen Pool Construction came out on top. They were the clearest, most transparent company. Working with James on the proposal and design was so efficient and smooth. They were compassionate and understanding of the reality of such a large purchase/investment. Once the project started, working with Shannon, Joshua, and Wes on project management was a breeze. Shannon described the timeline in lay language and answered all our novice questions about payments, process, etc. And when we ran into minor hitches (as all project ms have when it involves excavation, etc), Shannon made recommendations about minor tweeks in design elements without any pressure. Along the way, availability and scheduling of every step was smooth and clearly communicated. Hansen Pools took care of all communication/scheduling with our city and permits which was a major benefit. The entire team - James, Joshua, Wesley, Shannon and others - was a delight to work with. All in all, the project was completed within the time frame discussed at the beginning of the project - but really on the quicker side of the range discussed and now we have a beautiful addition to our home. Hansen Pools have been incredible to work with from day one! They built our dream back and front yard and did it within the time frame anticipated even with hitting more rock than expected during the dig. Everyone we worked with in Hansen Pools were exceptional! From the moment we met with James, he fully listened to what we wanted and we were blown away by the design! The team were super patient with us dealing with a difficult HOA for approval.
