Tacos Al Fuego — Restaurant in Corona

I was very Disappointed today . We visit this place frequently, and it has always been an in incredibly great experience ! Food has always been amazing , and the costumer service has ALWAYS been phenomenal! With the exception of today ! Let’s begin with upon entering the establishment , we asked if we could be accommodated on one of their high tables with the stools , and we were told because we were a party of two ,she could sit us their but if they got busy , because their was an anticipation do to a “margarita” special they had she would move us mid meal if a larger party arrived !!! What! Mind you it was not busy at all at the moment , besides my friend and myself do spend a pretty penny on drinks food etc ! Terrible costumer service . I told her she could sit us somewhere else that was silly to move mid meal because she assumed a larger party would spend more money . It didn’t stop there . She walked off snickering comments to the other waitresses and rolling her eyes ,then looking back at us smirking . We ordered promptly, other tables were served before us that came in after , my friends steak was super cold and gross , she coughed up an attitude when she asked if it could please be replaced , brought a replacement steak taco 20 min later making weird remarks about it , non apologetic at all , gave me the wrong drink , came out and stood in front of me and asked why I had that drink , called another waitress and continued to look at me weird like if I served myself the drink , then proceeded to take it and say this wasn’t your drink , well ma’am you brought it to me I had no idea what that margarita looked like I didn’t see a pic . She took it and gave me mine . Placed the drink she took from me back at the bar , then went back grabbed it and served it to a different person . I get we all have bad days , and I understand that , but the customer service and professionalism was horrible today ! Do better ladies ! This is for the two red...

We stopped by to try this place out but never again. We literally work across the street from this place and always wanted to try it out but this is the first and last time.

We ordered two burritos El fuego and Mar y Tierra , first of all we didn’t even get the mar y Tierra and el fuego burrito I told the server no onions and still came out with it. Once we realized our orders were messed I went up there personally and the server named Alejandra said they’ll fix them. Just for them to come back out and tell me “ THE KITCHEN DOES NOT WANT TO REMAKE THEM” I was like wow who says that to paying customers. I told her I was allergic to onions and they still did not want to remake the order I was upset , so she said I could speak to the manager she was suppose to go get him. But this MANAGER WAS A BAR MANAGER and not once did he bother coming out to speak to me about the messed up order instead this man gave me DIRTY LOOKS LOOKED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS INSIDE WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX THE ORDER. they finally agreed to fix the burritos. Alejandra even mentioned to me that the kitchen had messed up the orders when I called to let them know I was on my way back up there. That’s not my problem the kitchen messed up my orders as a restaurant it’s important to double check customers orders before sending them back out. When we got our burritos they were put together as if they said “FK THEM AND THEIR FOOD JUST SLOPPY FOOD” manager wise no people skills. servers have attitudes and food is not good whatsoever. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Wish I could give this...

Specialty tacos are incredible!! Homemade tortillas, lean & tasty meats that have their own flavors, salsas with perfect balances of heat & flavor, ample portions, and they packed everything to-go perfectly (with all needed utensils and accoutrements) without having to be requested.

Any of the taco ingredients could have been enjoyed on their own - they were that good! Sometimes when you have tacos, all you can taste is the general meat itself or just the salsas (which isn't a bad thing), but we tasted these meat filings separately and they actually had amazing flavors on their own - which only enhanced the tacos!! Love the Taco Flight btw - you get to sample of a handful of their meats, but WAY MORE than just a taste - tacos are huge & delicious!!

Music was a little too loud inside, to where it's a bit difficult to even order and probably causes mild deafness later (lol) . But the playlist was awesome and the place definitely carries a fun vibe!! We will go back here and try the other items on the menu - although we might just try more of the amazing tacos - and maybe enjoy a seat on their patio.

We were already craving more tacos the very next day! So glad we found this place... we just might become...
