Truth be told, we've probably been lucky to have gotten away without a/c maintenance for as long as we have...13 years! We noticed that our neighbor was using Sheldon's one day, and they said they were very pleased with the service plan. I spoke to a very nice associate named Regina who told me all about their company and their services. Today, I had my service call, and the technician did a very thorough job. He showed me where/why I needed new parts and I must admit I was skeptical, not because of anything he did, just horror stories you hear about online...which isn't really fair. Knowing that I had neglected my system, maintenance wise, AND it's 13-year age, I agreed to let them replace the parts. To my surprise, the technician worked some behind the scenes magic and made the repair bill FAIR and AFFORDABLE. I have been using services with Sheldon"s Heating Air and Plumbing over they year. They have been great with inspections and repair of my A/C unit. This time I needed heating repair. Same day service which is a plus, brought Louie Fattah with 5 star customer service. He diagnosed the problem and went to get parts so that I could get my heat back on during this cold weather spell. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He communicated the problem every step of the way and showed me the broken parts to my system that required replacement parts. He went over and above and I appreciate all his efforts. I must also acknowledge Regina who was the contact for the company communicating as well time of appt and when technician Louie was on his way and addressing any of my questions and concerns thank you to her as well.
