Super nice view, safe location, breath taking birds...the marriage hotel actually has live philmgos birds, ducks sea gulls and free flying birds, many four legs too, skunks...they are friendly and will not spray you, they are domesticated happily 🙂. You can moore your boat right next to the bridge for an unbelievable amount of $89.00 any length with easy application process online. This location seems like they could easily get $1000.00 monthly as the new homes start at five million dollars! You can ride your legal golf cart on the streets and park in car spaces on Coronado island. While crime is very low, there are homeless people that snatch and grab bicycle's! Awesome place. They have showers outside so to rinse off the sand/dirt. During covid 19 throughout M thru T is the best time to go as many people aren't out there or at least they are spread out.
