Lady there’s leases me a washer and dryer, tells me they are brand new. They get here…it’s all scraped up and I call back. Lady now said oh no this is for the used one even though the pictures sent clearly show a different washer set. The one dropped off has a big scrape on it, won’t fee all the way as well as latch not working. Lady says we will get it fixed on Wednesday….never shows. Call back and now it will be another week….no one shows again. Three days later manager calls asking for payment. Manager sees there flaw and says look… don’t worry about this payment I apologize for the miss hap. Then next thing I know they send a truck by to take the washer set for no payment. Oh, also to add lady took my card number the very first day for auto payments. They never tried to pull not once!!! So I call and was like why was there a truck at my house today? Lady tries to say it’s for miss payment , we argue back and forth on the payment being skipped the previous week by the manager. Lady gets loud and interrupted me. I ask her to not interrupt me, she then says don’t cuss at me!?!?!? All I said was please don’t interrupt me and talk over me. Then she hangs up. I call back requesting manager…she says he’s not here I’ll have him call you back. I state I would like to speak with someone else and she says….you know what… I think we just won’t do business with you and hangs up again. Mind you I did not cuss or get rude but argued my case. One payment past due three days only $35 with a broken set and they tried picking my stuff up!!! Do NOT do business with...

This store carries some high quality merchandise and the showroom is fully stocked. The prices are what one would expect at a rental/purchase establishment. Prices aren't astronomical; but, rather fair.

The management has worked with me when I had some family emergencies. Dora, the manager, is fair, professional & has a big heart.
