Vape City — Attraction in Corpus Christi

I saw a credit card transaction on my statement for almost $50 so I called to speak to their billing department since I hadn't been here before. This was the only unidentified transaction in months, so before I canceled my credit card and went through the whole redoing all the Autopay's (such a time-consuming process), I was hoping their billing department could just let me know if the purchase was made in-person and what was purchased.

(Sometimes I send the kids out to run errands.. and before disputing the charge and the bank canceling my card, I was hoping this was the case so I could avoid the hassle).

A "hey bro" guy answered the phone, and when I told him about the unidentified transaction at his store, he interrupted me and told me to call their billing department, but he wouldn't give me the number and then hung up on me. I called back, and he didn't answer.

Wow.. your the store took a credit card for payment without verifying identification, yet you're going to disrespect the customer?

He could've just given me the # to their billing department and maybe their billing department could or could not have helped me, and that's fine too. But what is happening in the world that we call a store with a question, and instead of being helped, we're treated...

If you are someone that likes a wide variety of choices on flavor I do not recommend this store. Extremely small selection regarding their disposable Vapes. I bought two different Vapes and neither of them worked but unfortunately they do not do refunds even if tested in the store the only thing you can do is trade it out for a different one but their selection is so small that you'll more than likely have to purchase a flavor that you don't like or want just so you don't lose out on money. I definitely do not recommend this location, however the location on Weber and Saratoga is definitely five stars! They have a huge variety of disposable Vapes and a lot better...

This is by far one of the best vape and smoke shops in the area. They have almost everything you need from vape tanks, coils, juice, mods, pod systems, disposables, starter kits, hand pipes, water pipes, cones, papers, etc. Whoever owns this shop knows what they're doing for sure. Everything was clean and set up very nicely in the displays and they manager and employee working there were very kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for vape supplies or smoke supplies and i will definitely be making many more trips back and racking up points in the five stars account!
