Unclear return policy. I bought a pair of sunglasses today 7/4 at 11:33am. I loved the way they looked but after wearing them for just 10-15 min, I realized they were not comfortable at all on my head/face. Since I was still walking around the CAMP, and when I purchased I saw that there was a 2 week return policy, I went right back at around 11:50am. When I said I wanted to return, the manager was called and he told me there were no returns on accessories because people tend to buy accessories, use them in the weekend, and return them. Obviously this was not the case for me. I asked for his manager he said there was no other manager. I explained that I was a loyal customer of this store and nothing. I explained and pointed to the sign (photo shown) where it doesn’t say clearly that accessories are excluded. He then showed the small print on the receipt where it does say it. I then said that the receipt is what I get AFTER I have completed the purchase! Too late to actually be clear. Why don’t they put that same text ON THE SIGN AT THE REGISTER. He (Marvin) was not reasonable or customer oriented at all. I understand policies, 100% but a great manager knows when they customer has some logic about the unclear sign and when they are a loyal customer of the store. Bad decision. Lost a customer since 2017 for...
Read moreIf you're coming here to shop, it's a pretty good thrift store. Most of the prices are low or at least reasonable. If you're coming to sell clothes, don't. I brought in a couple bags with around 20 items to sell, and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait to get them priced, but I could leave and they would call me when they were ready. They call me about 3 hours later and tell me they were ready. When I got back to the store, they said they were going to "purchase 6 items and donate the rest." I don't understand why they would donate any items since I'm here to sell. They told me they couldn't specify which items were being sold and which were donated, and the grand total came out to UNDER $2. They said that they usually only pay 10 cents per item unless it's shoes or a designer item or something, because they "need to make a profit," which, at $5, is a 5000% markup. The employees were very nice and helpful, and it seems like this is just some weird company policy, but I think it would've been helpful to tell me ahead of time what the rates usually are so I didn't have to waste 3+ hours of my day. I also don't understand why it took 3 hours to price out 6 items if they're almost all 10 cents. If you need to get rid of clothes, either go across the street or donate them to a homeless shelter...

I don’t know if this guy is Mexican or Puerto Rican Afro hair Puerto Rican dude cashier or staff or whatever.... Is he bouncer or what.? ? I don’t know why this guy spreading bad vibes to customers As I expected he was extremely irresponsible!!! What is he doing over there?? I mean ruining the store’s image!! Staffs are representing the store! And I hope the manager should know this
Just because customers here came to buy used cheap cloths that doesn’t mean they can’t afford high end designer’s ... They might really like vibe of vintage cloth and vintage clothes mean to be generally depreciated price. Only a few of them will have higher price tag of MSRP as time goes by.
they pay for what it worth, and that is the value...
