I think you are a terrible company. You sold me a jacket that I purchased online for 164$. Regularly the jacket was 300 and some change. As I was waiting for the jacket to be shipped, you sent me an email stating that you were out of the product in that size. For some reason I had a funny feeling about this, so I checked your website for the same jacket. You were still selling the jacket i bought, in the same color, and the same size, but you had changed the price back to it original price, over 300$. So I addressed my concerns with your customer service, and you the response I got was that "hey here is a 10%off coupon, basically, you should be happy with that." That's how I felt I was treated. And even days later, the jacket they told me was sold out is still being sold in my size in the same color I purchased, they just don't want to honor the sale price. They raised the price almost 200 dollars. It's pretty sad when a company is that shady. I will never do business with them again other than to tell others never to shop there and why. They sell mostly small local businesses but also have a wide variety and some of their items range in pricing to all sorts. It is a huge store though and has two stories, so the amount of fun creative products and ideas they could cram in this place is endless.
I enjoy walking around this shop just to browse and it inspires my creativity seeing all of the unique and cute home decor that people come up with and create themselves. We picked up a vest that was clearly marked at $160. When we went to pay, the cashier told my wife the price was actually $200. We understand that pricing mistakes can happen — that wasn’t the issue.
What disappointed us was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation kindly or apologizing for the confusion, the employee was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning.
