I visited Rapor Salon for the second time recently to see my favorite stylist Summer. From the minute you walk into the door, you feel at home! Such a trendy & cool vibe there!
And Summer always makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the world, & her main goal is to make me feel better about myself once she’s done with my hair. The time just flies by because Summer is so friendly & bubbly and I have a great time talking with her! The way she works so quickly & beautifully while still having fun conversations with me just blows me away! It takes a long time to highlight my hair, yet every single piece turns out perfectly!
Summer also cut my hair exactly how I like it, then styled my hair with some awesome products& gave me gorgeous & bouncy beach waves! I have 2 important events coming up next weekend & thanks to Summer’s artistry with my highlighted hair, I left Rapor Salon feeling beautiful -and ready to celebrate my 69th birthday with a renewed outlook!! Read moreI was in desperate need for a haircut and was so happy to have found Danielle and Ra’pôr. I’m a simple gal that just needed a really great cut, no color, which is apparently very difficult to find these days. I was able to get an appointment a week out and went in on a Friday afternoon. There’s a parking lot in the back or tons of street parking. The salon is very clean and Danielle was super sweet and understanding! I get lots of anxiety when it comes to haircuts and was really happy with the result! She listened to my needs and it turned out great. She recommended I get a moisture cream since my hair was on the drier side so I got the one that she used. I ended up having an allergic reaction since I have super sensitive skin! Danielle and the salon were so accommodating and let me exchange for another product and my hair is doing well with that one.

To make matters worse, I was actively trying to reschedule to avoid this very charge, but it seems like my efforts to make things right were completely ignored.
I get that no-shows can be frustrating, but charging $100 when I was not only sick but also trying to work with them to find a new appointment time is just outrageous. I made every effort to communicate and rectify the situation, yet I’m still hit with this unfair fee. This isn’t just about a missed appointment; it’s about a total lack of understanding and flexibility in the face of a genuine medical emergency.
