Costa Mesa Courtyards — Local services in Costa Mesa

This is another defunct Shopping Center in Costa Mesa that would be better off completely redone. The Mimi's Cafe that was on the corner of this Center was recently demolished I don't know what's going to go there. They have a UPS store they have a FedEx they have a credit union and a handful of hair salon beauty salons van shoe shop and I believe a Petco. The worst part about this Center like any of these centers the parking is atrocious there's near-miss accidents left and right there is a grocery store Warehouse here are Outlet I should say and it's ridiculous. It's you're better off it Smart & Final or Costco Kmart or any place else unless you're buying in bundles and books they do not have convenience whatsoever. I can't stand shopping here I'm not going to come here and I would just be happy you're going down the street have a block to finding some place that I can get into without the hassle be at peace be at Comfort when I'm going to get coffee or anything else. Great plaza to got too for good food likes Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, Buffalo Wild Wings or Rubio’s. They also have some smaller restaurants that’s taste delicious as well. Need something to wash it down, check out the Grocery Outlet here to get some beverages at an awesome price. If you want dessert go to Afters which is also in this plaza. Need a bottle of Rosé for a hot summer BBQ, there is a BevMo/GoPuff store here too!

They have a UPS and a FedEx location to ship out you packages. You need a bank, go to the Credit Union of Southern California for your banking needs! Place is great lots of shopping and variety of restaurants. They only issue I have is too many homeless people in the area. There is security on site but you don’t see them at night time. I like going here to the different restaurants, Target or Sprouts but this seems to be an issue in the whole shopping center. Just don’t leave your car unattended for too long and don’t leave anything valuable inside. Some homeless people are fine don’t do anything but some are just crazy and talk to themselves or act violent for no reason just a heads up.
