SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Costa Mesa

My 12 year old daughter had an appointment with Lisa today. We live 30 minutes away but drive for her because she does such a great job.When my daughter arrived she was told that Lisa was busy with another customer and she would have to see somebody else. Being 12 my daughter didn’t really understand. She showed the lady a picture of the haircut she wanted. The woman in the photo hair four inches below her shoulders. The girl cut my daughter’s hair above her shoulders. BTW my daughter had long hair when she arrived. As my daughter walked out she was in tears not only because of the horrible uneven short haircut but also for being treated bad and dismissed from her appointment. I am not happy at all!!! I've been going to this location (on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa) 1-2x per month for the last 5+ years. Lisa is the best stylist hands down. I have classic thick Asian hair and she's learned my hair and cuts it exactly how I want it (good fade on the sides and trim on top). When I ask for adjustments, she's always receptive and patient. She takes her time and is always very sweet and consistent. She treats other customers the same way. There are other stylists who I've tried (I think her name is Thuy?) who are impatient or disregard my requests or concerns even when my hair noticeably uneven. They seem rushed and are just looking to get you in and out of the chair as fast possible. But yeah, Lisa is awesome. I hope they can get other stylists like...

I received a super haircut today on my lunch break. You'd expect a wait , but nope with their easy to use online appointment setup, I received a great time suited for me. My hair stylist Thuy was the best. Very friendly, took her time like I was important and above all gave me the cut that I look for, which isnt easy because im slightly difficult. I totally recommend this Supercuts to friends and others. If youre a person who has to keep your hair fresh, the monthly deal they have going is ultimately hard to pass on.
