This review is long overdue! Since September 2023, my family and I have been coming to Veganic Nail Spa time & time again, & every visit has been nothing short of magical! This is Not just a nail spa—it’s a world-class, organic, and luxurious experience that completely transforms self-care into an art form.

From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a tranquil, professional, and impeccably clean space that radiates relaxation & humble indulgence (self-care is truly necessary given the culture of overtime and nonstop work hours that many of us- including my sister & I - must endure). The VIP Mani/Pedi + Special spa treatment package (you can choose from about 10-11 different curated herbal-infused VIP Treatments, such as energizing, detoxification, beautifying, etc) — is hands down the best we’ve ever had, offering an organically curated VIP experience that goes far beyond your typical nail salon service. The VIP treatment includes an herbal charcoal + clay, cocoa masks, paraffin treatments, and soothing massages - all done with the utmost attention to detail. The 5-minute neck massage and 10-minute calf massage alone are worth the visit!

The team at Veganic is truly phenomenal. My sister, mom, dad, husband, & I have been lucky to be pampered by some of the most skilled and caring professionals in the industry - Jennifer, Tracy, Jenny, Thy, Yenny, Ken, & more! No matter who works on you, rest assured you’re in the best hands.

From the moment I walked into Veganic Nail Spa, I felt completely welcomed. Everyone—staff and even the other guests—greeted me with genuine smiles, not the forced kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into the right place.

I booked the VIP pedicure because my feet desperately needed help, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. I originally considered the Detox mix and chose red wine for my drink of choice; however, that seemed contradictory so I ultimately switched to the Relaxation one and kept the glass of red wine. The descriptions and photos online don’t do this place justice. The whole experience was pure luxury and I felt truly pampered.

Kelly was incredible—warm, attentive, and thorough. She explained each step as she went along, even the ingredients she was using. At one point, she gently suggested I close my eyes and just relax during the massage, paraffin wax, and leg mask—and it turned the service into a true reset. She really went above and beyond. The authenticity of our conversations, balanced with quiet moments to unwind, made it feel so thoughtfully personalized.

Something I didn’t even expect: the VIP pedicure also included callus removal, a lower leg massage, a shoulder massage, and a leg mask—none of which were listed on the menu! It felt like receiving little surprise gifts throughout the service.

Everyone at the salon got along so well, and the positive, friendly energy was contagious. They were so kind to my husband and little one when they came to pick me up. I left feeling not just pampered, but lighter and happier. This place is a gem—I can’t recommend it...

Very unhappy with service. I had a VIP manicure with dip powder with Jesse. I first explained I wanted short pointy nails and was told it could not be done. I agreed and understood she could not do it. I decided to leave but was convinced to stay. I did not receive my stone massage I paid for first of all and was provided one drink though I explained I had a sore throat and clearly finished my drink. I was there for 2 hours. I expect to get what I pay for. I added to extensions to my first fingers on each hand. The extensions were extremely long and she did not file them down! Upon leaving I had to purchase a nail file and fix them. I then noticed my dip powder was not done to the cuticle one hand making it look as if I had the nails on for 1 week already. Not to mention, my cuticles were not even serviced correctly. I had this done this past Sunday and these look so sloppy and cheep. This is so unacceptable for $90! I am extremely upset because the rudeness experienced there in the beginning is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend for their prices. Next time I'm going to a spa for this price. Never again!
