Jane Dispensary — Attraction in Cotati

My main issue with this place is that after you get your total which is taxed almost 30% you get prompted to tip the service people and additional gratuity percentage which starts at 20 and has three increments higher. I feel like at what point, do all sales people deserve tips, or do none of them? I don’t go into an auto store looking for parts.., and then have to tip the cashier. Unfortunately, I’m taking my business elsewhere because I can’t afford to buy my product and pay 30% and then pay another gratuity on 50% of the bill. I can barely pay my bills as it is., I don’t feel like I need to be pressured to give every sales person a tip. Why don’t I give people the grocery store a tip too? The experience is nice. Kiara was insanely helpful, super social, and not only recommended some products my partner and I got very excited about, but also even helped me sign up for a compassion program for individuals with medical conditions (I have a chronic health issue that I use MMJ to help cope with). The staff was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and empathetic, and the slightly older gentleman behind the counter (probably the manager? I didn’t catch his name but he was also incredibly kind) was super excited to tell me about cool products like a THC straw that dissolves in your drinks and infuses them.

My personal favorite finds were a fruity pebbles rice krispy edible as well as an otter pop edible!

Beautiful store! Well-chosen & wide variety. Had a selection of larger quantities that are really pretty for their price. These nugs are frosted & eggplant purple. Stoked. Was browsing and talking to another customer and it wasn't until we got stuck on something a staff member, Sebastian, came over and was very helpful to us both; he even walked to the back to figure out the exact crosses of a strain.
