If I could pick a negative 1 I would,very disappointed. I will be making a blog of my experience based proof with videos. I can care less how many years of business thy have,but people need to be warned,because a good business doesn’t do what they did to me. Back in Dec of 2016 I bought a car stereo,the first day it was good till the next day it started flickering and Baja one of the workers whom was very helpful even told the owner in their language. They kept telling me to come back and to come back,till the owner cussed me out to get the hell out of there and that I got what I got. I told my Husband about the incident after the owner disrespects me. With all this It was about 3 months that finally they changed the stereo somewhere around late March beginning of April. The owner told me never to come back. On April the stereo started Giving me issues. I have videos of it turning off and getting Unprogrammed after removing the Key from ignition. The stereo has been smelling like if it’s burning. I had to come back because im afraid it shortage can make my car burn something. I’m only puttting this here for liability purpose. Read moreI have been dealing with Stereo USA for a while now. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and decided to put a system in my scion xb, nothing crazy, just an upgrade. The shop i went to promised a night and day difference...and long story short it was horrible. I randomly stopped into stereo USA to see if i could make it sound better, or switch speakers once again. Anthony stopped what he was doing, tuned my amp right there and made it sound twice as good, and gave me some options if i ever wanted it to sound amazing. I just brought my c6 corvette to them, wanting a more elaborate and higher end sound. I went in thinking i was going to annoy the crap out of them with all my demands...Anthony just smiled and said no problem, we can do whatever you want bro. And it was a lot, i wanted the subs facing forwards, had to be able to use my rear view mirror, and the targa still had to fit in the trunk. In less than a day, everything was finished, and beyond my expectations. I personally have never heard a system so clear and clean, and the custom box looks amazing!! I went in with high expectations, and they delivered beyond them in absolutely every aspect. Price lower than i expected to pay for the custom work, sounds better, and looks way beyond what i ever imagined would be in my baby. Anthony, seriously thank you...
Read moreBefore I share My frustration I have to mention that The technicians (Installers) are really nice but mistakes happen and they do a lot of mistakes , Its all about management and owner and how they handle issues . Owner bothered himself to smile on my face only when I came as new Customer and once I paid I haven't seen any nice treatment , I had to go back to fix issue as they forgot to connect one of the plugs in my head unit , I had to go back because they messed up the Back seat belt , I had also to go back because they took a brand new tool off my car by mistake , Every time I went they asked me to come back later and If I go at the assigned time I become the last priority even if its 3 minutes job like the seat belt ( Took actually 1 Minutes to fix ) , Owner told me he is doing this (Seatbelt) as a favor and he does not want to see my face again , That's letterly what he said , and that's really how they treat their customers , Never found my $35 tool when I actually told them to double check and its fine if you don't find it but the thing is they asked me to come "Tomorrow" 3 days in the row and never bothered themselves to call the Technician to ask him if he found it , Just "Come back when he is here to ask him , He didn't show up today" , I wouldn't recommend them...
