Monte Carlo Inn — Hotel in Azusa

This place was something else, we came in on February, we were helped by tiffany, she was a great manager and made us feel like we were home home, but as months pasted, then we started seeing a lot of gang activity and the manager joey, was a jerk and throwing families with children out, but never seeing the rooms were people were coming in and out, id get up early in the mornings to see about seven youngsters smoking and drnking in the dark on the stair case, I was scared to go out, would have my son walk me to the parking in the park. My car window got broken into the the first month we were there. I noticed while I was at the pool with my granddaughter, that one of the maids who drives a white truck, takes big bags of items from the housekeeping room, she brings her laundry and washes her family's clothes and there's a maintaince man an older man who drinks on the job, he stays after work and drinks with an elderly man, by the pool every day, that's no example to the know kids that are at the pool. That one maid also services certain resident males who live there. The manager joey is the most disrespectful manager there the night that the shooting occurred, my daughter and her daughter, ran face to face to that person and they took off running to there room and he followed them, where was joey then, he was hiding in the office and he didn't even call the police, to protect his resident, he was scared and was hiding. He goes on Hus days off or shows up before he's suppose to be there. He acts all nice at first, but he is nothing but nice. The owners of the Monte Carlos should be more observent to the managing skills of joey. Shame on you owners, also on the front side of the motels are infested with ougeon dropping witch is never cleaned up on a daily basis, how is that good for the children who live there. So if you treasure your family, you need to reside...

Rooms are almost like Studio Apartments very nice Judy, Eddie and Steve very nice and good customer service.

The Cleaning Girl is sweet and nice she is a Hard worker cleaning room's by herself and gets it done and very clean.

Can't do much if the last people who rented a specific room and mess up the rooms they try their best to fix what needs to be fixed from the other people whom rented the room.

Some rooms have a lot of burned marks on rug,walls, bathroom sink, kitchen sink I could not believe even the bed spread. I don't know why people don't respect properties.

Over all EXCELLENT 👌we have liked every room we have been in bad part is that a lot of people smoke and marijuana smells. Makes me and my husband sick.

Beautiful outside the trees, flowers and the decorations for every festive occasions inside of office and front of office.

Everyone here are very nice, very hard working people and Caring ("We will always come here").

The only thing smoking of cigarettes and marijuana is to much sometimes.

We work Graveyard shifts sometimes there is a lot of noise and sometimes there isn't.

We would like to live here for awhile until we can find a place to live instead of paying here then going back out and stay in...

Not a bad place to stay. I needed to stay here while I transitioned from from one place to another. The staff treated me right. They run a strict place as they should because some people (adults) act immature when renting for the week so they have to be tough. But if you’re nice to them they’ll be cool to you and work with you.

Some... some of those that were “shady” are those that feel entitled while staying there. It’s only a weekly to 28 day stay but yet in the office, I hear people complaining why that they can’t bring a small couch or other furniture. IT’S A TEMPORARY STAY PEOPLE. You’re not supposed to make it your home! Abide by the rules and you’ll be respected.

My only complaint was all the smoking from tenants outside their rooms OR even more toxic, the stench of weed coming out of some rooms when you walk by. 🤢 🤢. STAY OFF THE WEEEEEEEEED!! You stink!

Anyway, if you need a place to stay for a week or longer, this place will do. Overall, they had strict rules (like no overnight guests, partying after 10pm, no kids running around) and if anyone breaks these rules, management takes care of it that day!
