We got 3 raspados of mango and chamoy, but unfortunately they tasted spoiled. We weren’t trying to be difficult customers. They actually tasted spoiled and acidic. We called and spoke over the phone with the owner (male) and he was very polite and told us we go back and exchange our food for something else. He stated he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. When we arrived to Michoacana a lady attended us and was very rude. She stated that this isn’t a clothing store where we can return things. We explained we did not want to be difficult and we came because we were told we could exchange it for something else. She kept giving us attitude and said that she doesn’t want people to say they don’t like their foods and try to exchange it. We explained we have tried the raspados before and these tastes like if the mango went bad. We even said we liked other items we purchased. The mango was just bad. We said we did not want to argue and we were told we could exchange it. We asked if we could be attended by someone else. She said she was the owner and it was her turn to serve customers. So we asked what could we exchange it for? She did not give us options. We did not know what foods we could get that were the same price. She kept giving us rude attitude. We asked for hot Cheetos with cheese. She asked for another employee to do get that for us and left. We did not want to argue and that is why we called before even going. About two items because I was next-door at the bar, the guy said he would take them to me. I specifically remember him saying he would take them to me.. He never brought me anything and then when I went back over there, it was closed. The guy told me when I went back that he stayed there waiting for me till Midnight. I mean, come on, dude. I explained to him I'm sure it was a misunderstanding, but I'd like what I paid for and he flat out refused to give me what I paid him money for so I'll never return here again and I would never recommend you guys taking your kids here or yeah I would never buy anything else from any of these people and I don't want to have anything to do with them ever again. Read moreVery bad customer service. I order through Door Dash and my order was all wrong. I contact the store and the lady that answer was very apologetic and said that they can redo my order. I never got anything from there before but my kids wanted funnel cakes. Not even 5mins later the same lady called me back say that her manager Fleix informed her that they will not be redoing my order. I was shocked because I just want correct order I don’t want these funnel cake. My kids had food allergies so these funnel cake were not edible to us. I thought I would get better customer service especially from management who could not even bother to call me back but had his employee do it for him. I am also in management but I will at least try to give good customer service since I work for a big corporation as well.
