This hotel really not a good place to stay at. They tell you that you could only have people over for less then two hours. When someone comes over they call you as soon as they come into the room. They watch you like a hawk. It’s like I’m a adult not a child. Why do they have too watch who be coming in and out of the room. They will charge you $10 an hour that your guest stays over the first hour. This place is way too much. Like all they do is just watch the tv screens to see what you are doing. Like your in prison. You have to watch out with who you bring. I wouldn’t stay here for the price you have to pay. There are cheaper places and they be much better then this place. They have a bad thing of roaches and bed bugs in their motel. I wouldn’t be staying here if you do not want any of those bugs to leave with you and you take them back to your place with you. I rented from this hotel 08/01/2017 me and my young son last night, at 3am bed was infested with bed bugs, I let office know and he said what do you want me to do, so at 5am when it was decent enough to leave with my young child, I demanded a refund and this man made me wait with my 6yrold two yours to talk to owner mind you it was 5am, they refused a refund and were yelling at me , this hotel has an obligation to the public to ensure they do not have any insects especially bed bugs wich are a environmental health hazard anybody share this same experience please do as I did and contact department of health this business needs to be closed. Room is dirty and would want everyone to be aware that Arrow Inn have bed bugs. Asian short mid age lady is rude and very poor on customer service. Cant compromise with guest after checked in for 2 nights for 75 a night and had to stay for another night on a weekdays i asked if they would be able to give me 1 more night on a monday for 60 bucks. I have to wait till my check was cleared at the bank but they refuse to do so after i check in at almost 1 am without hot water with non working fridge and had bed bugs could'nt give 15 bucks off from my 3rd night being there.
