This place is great! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and price was amazing. I personally loved that no shoes were worn in the play area as it was immaculately clean. The attendants were very attentive and cleaned the entire two hours we were there to play. I did overhear one ask my 4 y/o not to move toys and felt that was a little unreasonable—it can always be placed back where it came from. I noticed an older woman approach my kids and nephews asking them what grade they were in which had me feeling a little off put initially but then I realized they were trying to confirm their ages. A child who told my kids he was 8 was playing in the area designated for kids 6 and under. The child was disruptive so I assume that’s what drew their attention to the matter. While I understand the age restraints, I did feel that the things offered to the 7+ looked underwhelming. My oldest will be 7 next year and I think he’d feel very left out knowing he would not be able to join his sister in the other stations. I think 8 and under would probably be more appropriate but I also understand the environment they are trying to maintain. I alap understand the frustration of the mom being dishonest about the kids age. The front desk attendant did say that there are Lego kits and things for the older children but I didn’t see them. There are a lot of rules so read carefully when you sign the waiver. We will absolutely return until my oldest ages out and then we won’t likely return so he doesn’t feel excluded in the 7+ corner. (It’s literally like a 5x5 corner with some bean bag chairs.) I don’t think $15 for a 7 year old to sit in an isolated corner would be reasonable. Overall, a great addition to the northern Kentucky area and you can tell they’ve worked very hard...

This is a lovely place to hang out with littles and be creative!! Extremely clean and clever, fun set-ups like the camper and camping gear, fire station, grocery store, park area, etc. I'd like to think imagining this place was a ton of fun.

Our kiddos had a great time exploring and meeting new friends, and the attendants were really helpful engaging with them, too. I'm sure a birthday party here would be amazing (and I intend to have one, so I'll update this review when I do :))

Cost-wise, $15 for 2 hours is a pretty standard rate and you can save some money if you opt for a membership (which is either 10 or 11 sessions, I'm not entirely sure). It would be nice if they offered smaller packages, too, like 3 sessions for $XX for folks that live a little farther out and don't want to commit to more.

Some things to note that I did not find very clear on the website: Everyone has to wear socks or pay for them - adults, too. Everyone has to sign a waiver, including adults. I hope this process will be streamlined on the website because right now you cannot "buy" a pass for an adult so getting to the waiver is kind of convoluted. That said, you can always sign one after you arrive. The cafe area is lovely (seriously, the decor is beautiful), but it's like a healthier, high-end snack bar. I think this would definitely come in handy if you've got a little hungry monster on your hands, but I would not describe this place as a destination for lunch.

Overall, I'm very impressed and will be definitely be back. The kids had a fantastic time. The worst part was corralling them to leave when our two hours was up because they...

I booked an appointment in advance and the process was easy and fairly cheap honestly. Now with that being said we showed up early and were allowed to go in early which was nice. As soon as we got inside to play ants were crawling all over the floor by the train. My boyfriend picked them up with a tissue hisself. The place was nice and an awesome idea but the cleanliness of this place was disappointing. I clean for a living so maybe my eye for cleaning is more than others but bugs crawling around, socks black within 10 minutes because the floor hasn’t been cleaned, different stations having dust and grime on it,rugs dirty, toys not being cleaned, glass with a bunch of stuff on it etc. Places like this should be cleaned nightly and everything wiped down and sanitized. It said on the website that everyone needs to sanitize their hands before entering. We were not told to do so. The workers were very mediocre like you could just tell they were miserable working there. I’ll give the idea a 10/10 because the place is awesome but when you have a bunch of little kids coming one after the other and things not being cleaned that’s how kids get sick and not all kids can handle a regular cold flu like others. Overall my son had a good time but seeing how dirty it was I won’t be...
