I came here all the time, my puppy got groomed here 3 times and I’m never ever letting my puppy groomed here again. his first time grooming, they cut so many hair that I didn’t asked for and I was upset but they told me it will grow back in no time. 2nd time, a girl name Madison cut my fur baby’s hair and I explain to her to only cut around his paws, face and that’s it. She pretend to listen and basically shaved him however she wants. When I went to pick him up, he looked like a whole new different dog, I was mad. She made an excuse saying she had to do it, and she changed the price higher. 3rd time, I booked with someone else, not her! And somehow she’s the one cutting his hair once again. This time she freaking shaved it all off. Like SHAVED it all off. I told her to cut off the tangled part ONLY. I told her don’t shave him and this girl literally shaved it all off. When they texted me saying he was ready to be picked up, she came out first and made me pay first, I was confused, the price was $65 and somehow she charged me $89 I asked her why it was so much, she said because of madding feeds I didn’t understand what that was and she said it’s just for how long she took to cut his hair, so I payed. When she handed me my baby, I was furious. I’m wanted to cry. I clearly explained How I want it cut and she just do it however she wants? I don’t understand? She basically made him bald. I know she felt guilty for what tf she did because she was scared of my reaction when she handed me my baby. I never ever complain about stuff like this but I’m so mad. Why did I pay for something that I didn’t asked for? What was the point of me telling her how I wnat it cut if she’s gonna do it how she want? I only asked for cutting and bathing and teeth brushing which was $65 and whenever Madison do it, she always charged $89 ALWAYS! Never ever...

MUST READI try to keep my reviews short and simple but I feel this really needs to detailed.... My service dog had a 9am appointment for a basic bath and cut which shouldn't take much longer than 2 hours tops and being my service animal, I wasn't going to just drop him off and leave. So I waited around sitting in my truck and at noon, 3hrs later, I received a text asking if she could have another hour and a half!!! So shortly after I went into the store and found that my dog was in a kennel not finished and she was cutting someone else's dog!!! And when she came to the desk she said that she just needed to cut the hair on his face and paws and if I could please let her do that.... Why would she not have done that when she was cutting the rest of his hair, and then when she informed me that she was finished and brought him out I was in such a hurry to pay her because he was had to go to the bathroom so badly he was whining and pulling to to the door and he doesn't act that way. And once I got home with him I realized that she didn't cut the hair on his ears, nor did she cut it off his feet, which was what she had asked if I would give her the opportunity to!!! I ended up taking him to another groomers to have them fix the issues because I felt as though she intentionally made me wait and didn't finish him out because he is my service dog, out of spite of her bad morning!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS FOR...

Rudest veterinarians I've ever come in contact with. Main vet told me to stop asking questions ABOUT MY PET so she could write notes which is fine? But she was extremely rude as in "can you just wait a minute. I'm just trying to get these notes done and I'm not even halfway though" with a straight face. They rushed me out of the room WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE BILL because they kept saying they really had to move onto the next client and i kept saying "that's fine. I just need the bill" and they all ignored me without any guidance on how I would be receiving the bill since they would not look at me Not one of them opened the door so I could carry my pet out of the room. They all had their backs to me. From my experiences I've never had to walk myself out of a room in a doctors office in silence. Such awful professionalism. I would ask questions about my cat and it was just rude, dismissive behavior. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because my pet got her vaccines but I'm not coming back simply due to awful awful professionalism and work demeanor....
