Update: This establishment is top teir, and Im happy to say they have corrected the issue we experienced. We were provided a credit for another meal, so we took advantage and ordered again but left the staff the money for the credit as tips. We will be reviewing our meal as follows:

After a follow-up meal using the credit generously provided by Bonefish Grill, we are thrilled to update our experience! First off, a huge shoutout to the staff for their outstanding service and efforts to make things right. We chose to leave the credit amount as a tip, as their customer service truly deserves recognition.

Now, onto the meal!

The Family Bundle Grilled Salmon was exceptional. The salmon was perfectly grilled—moist, flavorful, and complemented beautifully by the chimichurri sauce. The Bonefish Caesar Salad was crisp and fresh, while the garlic whipped potatoes were smooth, buttery, and the perfect side dish. The warm bread and pesto paired wonderfully with everything.

We also added a few extras, including the ever-popular Bang Bang Shrimp®, which was as crispy, spicy, and addictive as ever. The Imperial Dip was creamy and indulgent, with just the right blend of seafood flavors. The Bacon Mac & Cheese was a standout, so good we had to get two servings!

For dessert, the Chocolate Strawberry Bliss was a sweet and decadent treat that perfectly ended the meal, and the mix of chocolate chip and cranberry white chocolate cookies provided a nice balance—soft and satisfying this time around!

Finally, the Minute Maid Country Style Lemonade (Gallon) was refreshing and a great addition to round out the meal.

Our experience with the Family Bundle Simply Grilled Mahi was overall positive but had some room for improvement. The Mahi was a bit tough and could have been seasoned more. The bread was on the hard side, but the garlic whipped potatoes were absolutely perfect! The Bonefish House Salad was fresh and delicious. For dessert, the cranberry white chocolate cookies were overcooked, but the chocolate chip cookies were excellent.

From the moment we stepped into Bone Fish, an aura of sophistication and elegance welcomed us. The ambiance was a delightful blend of intimate and modern, setting the stage for what would become an unforgettable dining experience.

I ordered the seasonal steak with Chimichurri, a classic Argentinean sauce. The steak itself was cooked to perfection, seared to a succulent medium-rare. The robust flavors of the Chimichurri, though complex, did not overshadow the meat but enhanced its natural flavors. The herbaceous punch of the parsley, the tang of the vinegar, and the warmth of the garlic created a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate.

My wife, opting for something from the ocean, chose the crab legs. The presentation alone was a testament to the chef's dedication to not only flavor but aesthetics. The crab was incredibly fresh, succulent, and effortlessly flaked off with a gentle touch. It was a delicate taste of the sea, perfectly seasoned and complemented with a rich butter sauce.

Our sides were equally impressive, adding texture and layers of flavor to the main courses. The waitstaff, ever attentive and knowledgeable, contributed to the seamless experience, making recommendations and ensuring our needs were met.

The evening was punctuated by a selection from their extensive wine list. Chosen with the guidance of our server, the wine paired perfectly with our meal, elevating the experience to a level that was almost poetic.

I've visited this location a couple times. My mom is a big fan, so it's not unusual for us to come as a family. So I've tried a small selection of their menu over time....

So I found a salad - the House Salad. Decent mix if greens with yummy cherry tomatoes and olives. I've learned that I'm not a huge fan of hearts of Palm. But the papita seeds totally made up for that!

I've tried three appetizers - Bang Bang Shrimp, Sliders and Calamari. The Shrimp were definitely my favorite because the crunch of the breading combined with the awesome flavors of the sauce packed such an impressive punch! The sliders came in a close second. They featured a thick patty with some GREAT char. These sliders don't have cheese, just some tomatoes and a little sauce on the bottom bun. That's a little naked for my tastes. But the char flavor was so great that I wouldn't be against ordering them again in the future. I'm actually not a fan of calamari usually, but I was totally down to nosh on theirs! There were some great ones that had extra thick breading that provided a nice crunch and the dipping sauce was out of this world! This appetizer also had strips of battered and fried red bell pepper - they were so good!! Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of just those. lol

I've also tried the salmon with a creamy artichoke topping and a side of asparagus and tomatoes. The salmon was cooked perfectly for my tastes and was so nice with the creamy artichoke.

After all this food, we even got a dessert! And brownie topped with chocolate icing, hazelnuts, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. (As a side note, the brownie happens to be gluten free!). That brownie was so rich and doughy - I loved it!! I could've skipped the ice cream entirely and just had two of those! While the ice cream was fine, the whipped cream wasn't that sweet and was possibly...
