Flawless customer service to a new entrant to the RC car hobby. I discussed getting into the hobby and Jimmy took time out from his regulars to spend at least a half hour pointing out the various options, the pro's/con's of each, and walked me through the whole hobby. He even swapped out the stock body for a gorgeous custom blue one at no charge.

I have no idea what others complaining about his prices being high are referring to. Maybe they're comparing $35 Walmart kids toys to adult Traxxas' prices, but his products and accessories were WAY lower than anything short of eBay, even on items I expect to be high-markup items like chargers and extra batteries. Add that to the hands on expertise you get from guys who know the hobby and can help you navigate around the cheap toys they sell online and I'm a huge fan. So I was having problems with my traxxas rustler 4x4 vxl. I called these guys and we decided it was best for me to come into the store to go over the issues in person test parts ect... once I got there they quickly identified the issues warranty the parts and even went above and beyond and installed the new parts for me while my son and i browsed the store. After getting me all set up I was having an issue with one of my fans and they suggested to get one of their iceberg brushless cooling fan. I was having troubles getting it wired up so I called up there I spoke to the owner super nice professional and had me straighten out within minutes. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into RC ,needing parts ,warranty issues or just simply need some help. We will definitely be back soon...

On a trip for business and had some time to kill. Popped into the shop to look around. Met the owner and spent a fair amount of time talking and asking questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Left the shop with a new truck, a loaner battery pack and directions to the fantastic public RC track! Truck was fantastic but had a small problem. Had to go to the shop to return the battery anyway.
