I am extremely displeased with my experience. If there was an option to put zero stars I would. My father and I went here to find a living room suit for my first home this past Friday 08/19/2022. Olivia helped us that day. We found a suit I loved and we were promised delivery the following day between 11-1 and were also told we would be the first delivery not just by Olivia, but the other woman working that day. Saturday we prepped the room for delivery between 11-1. They never showed. We also NEVER received a phone call saying they changed where they were going first. I had to call to gather that information and was greeted by blatant unprofessional behavior. The first woman I spoke to was just plain rude. She transferred me to Olivia after she saw we were getting no where and I got placed on hold by Olivia. When I tried to get her attention to be taken off hold it took a while and she was laughing when she answered the phone again. She also tried to move my delivery to Monday but “couldn’t guarantee anything.” This was after she guaranteed that my furniture would be here the following day on Saturday 08/20/2022 from 11-1. Figures… In the end I cancelled the order my father graciously paid for and now he is having to wait to be refunded. We waited all day for them. I am in the military and seeing my family is scarce. This took time away from them and left us very dissatisfied. Skipper’s in Crestview does not keep to their word and told us excuses when we were searching for answers.    Read moreI bought a king bed and mattress from Skippers in crestview on March 4. I was really impressed with the prices they were giving us and felt really good about purchasing there. Olivia is the one who was helping us that day. When we asked how long it would take to deliver them, she told us she would get the shipment by March 25th and it would be a few days after that. A few days before that date comes I call to get an update. At first they gave us the run around, saying they ended up not getting the truck and it will arrive that next week. So the next week comes and I receive no calls. When I call back I was still not given a straight answer, just that they didn't get it. Finally my husband calls and they tell him it will be delivered in May. Next time we call to check, they push it again. Everytime we call it gets pushed back further and further. I called them and told them to bring me everything they already had. They brought everything except the headboard. Finally on July 29 they brought the headboard and put our bed together. I am so disappointed in the service here. If we would have been told straight up from the beginning that it may take a few months, or even that they wouldn't know I would not be writing this post.    Read moreOwners daughter, Olivia, was trying to help my disabled aunt by delivering a chair to her. She sent pictures so we could pick what would work best. The chair that was received was incorrect so had to schedule another day to pick that up and deliver another. Chair yet again was incorrect. (Was supposed to be leather first received was microfiber and second was a soft brushed leather but still not what it was supposed to be) They were supposed to come and pick up chair but never did. My aunt called to see what was going on she was rude and hung up on her, also told her she was going to be charged to have the chair picked up. I went to the store and spoke with her since my aunt is not able to go up there she was still rude and said she was not sure if they would be able to get it today. She advised would try her best and after going over it with her she is not going to charge for pick up. Just customer service is poor here and the owner honestly doesn't seem to know what is going on or how to be in the furniture business.
