This salon has 2 very excellent hairdressers (Ashlynn and Hannah). They get the stars, as we’ve gone to them for the past few years. However, watch out for bitchy rude customers who complain about a speech therapy child who is excited about the first time in their new location and just wants to know where everything is and to help sweep up the cut hair (sweeping is her home chore). This particular fellow customer did not even have the guts to approach me, the child’s mother, to allow for an explanation and/or conflict resolution, but instead complained to management who then called me 4 days later to say my daughter is now considered a liability to the business and can’t come back for future services unless she sits silently right next to me the whole time. My speech-delayed daughter (who only gets loudly upset when people don't understand what she’s saying) is a paying customer too who would’ve settled down just like that after the first couple visits (and settled down this time, after our hairdressers and I explained to her why she needed to be calm). So now, instead of losing a rude cowardly whiner who doesn’t like kids, they are losing a family of 5. I won’t go where my children aren’t also welcome. It’s a family salon, rude woman, go to an adults only salon if you can’t handle it! You just forced an otherwise fabulous salon to inadvertently violate an anti-discrimination law against a kindergartener with developmental impairments who just wants her hair fancy...

Went to get my eyebrows and hair done, don’t get me wrong the lady was very kind but I feel like things were a maybe a bit rushed. I’ll start with my eyebrows, I had a wax and tint, she only put wax on parts of my eyes instead of doing the whole thing and would try to rip the wax off early, I think bc she had another client waiting but I don’t want to assume. My hair was supposed to be half golden on top, then more towards of the hair being white on the bottom, they told me at first they didn’t want to go too white to not damage my hair which was fine but I feel like I came out looking strawberry blonde on top and the same if not barely visible little white on bottom. I feel like she noticed I was a tad disappointed but didn’t say anything about changing things while I was there, at the beginning of the appointment we talked abt a money piece being added or even a trim (which may have helped show the little white) but she didn’t say anything and instead offered to curl it and said it would be more noticeable with a hair clip, when she knew I told her I wanted mainly white, I get white is touchy but they told me it was possible and I was flexible and in the end felt like I wanted mainly white worked with as much as I’d of liked, she told me the red but in it should wash out after my first shower at home but I would have liked to of left the salon feeling like I had what I wanted and looking at my eyebrows in the car since I wasn’t offered a mirror wasn’t...

NEED MORE TRAINING BEFORE THEY CHARGE US THE PRICE THEY SET FOR A HAIRCUT

I have tried a few different salons/stylists in town and I have never been able to be satisfied with the haircut they gave me. And I’m not giving any difficult requests or anything, just simple ‘thinning out’ my thick hair every time.

The stylist I had here definitely NEEDED more training since she HAD NO IDEA how to thin out hair without making it look JUST CHOPPED/AWFUL.

She dropped her comb ON THE FLOOR, picked it up and KEPT USING IT on my hair without replacing it with a clean one or even wiping it.

THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL OR ACCEPTABLE.

Her scissors and razor were DULL so every time she cut my hair she kept pulling my hair and you know how uncomfortably painful that is to get your hair PULLED SO MUCH.

THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL EITHER.

We even looked at some pictures to discuss what I would want before we started and I saw her saving some pictures I liked but the haircut I got looks NOTHING like the pictures and I just ended up this awful looking haircut that I cannot change.

They took pictures/videos of this AWFUL HAIRCUT I got when I was leaving and posted on their Instagram without asking me.

I HOPE THEY TAKE IT DOWN since it looks just AWFUL and if they thought that haircut was great, then you can tell their technique/skills are at NOT PROFESSIONAL LEVEL you would expect and you DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE.
