Shirley’s Cupcake Boutique — Attraction in Crossville

I have no idea where to start but on Thanksgiving morning we were told on our wedding day that we had no wedding cake what so ever and I called every single cake place including Walmart and Food City for a cake or cupcakes that morning and was let down by everyone EXCEPT Shirley’s Cupcakes.. I called that morning and was greeted by voicemail but God told me to leave a message which I did and not even 10 minutes later I got a phone call to come right in and pick up cupcakes! I thanked God for finally being able to have cupcakes on our wedding day but that wasn’t even the cherry on the cake, when we arrived we were greeted with such earth and kindness by two great ladies getting ready for their own Thanksgiving day, I told the sweet lady which cupcakes I wanted and when I was done she still kept packing cupcakes up and kept packing them and I was getting a bit worried but figured it’s okay I’ll pay for all them! When I you when she said “these are on me, have blessed day” and have a great wedding day” and SO MANY MORE beautiful words after that I literally CRIED and so did my grandmother! Who would guess that a place called Shirley's Cupcake Boutique would make a delicious gyro? People in town recommended it, so I HAD to check it out with my husband. Sure enough, the gyros are yummy! Lots of tender meat, fresh veggies, and tasty tzatziki sauce that satisfied our craving. What is even more amazing? Their cupcakes are truly incredible, both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I bought four so I could taste a variety: Carrot Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake and Germain Chocolate. Not only was each cupcake flavorful, but it was so moist and had just the right amount of sweetness (Not too much and not too little). I liked each flavor and would order the same again, but add more. LOL We had a full meal that checked all our boxes and the "extra icing on the cake"? They have lovely customer service. I don’t write reviews that often for starters. I just have to write one for Shirleys because her cupcakes are the best! She is also very passionate about what she makes and there is a lot of love that goes into every cupcake. I take my clients into her boutique and she makes us feel so welcomed. We love stopping into her store and we enjoy her cupcakes so much. It’s the highlight of our day. I would highly recommend going into her boutique and don’t just get one cupcake get several!
