Krystal — Restaurant in Crossville

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru around 8:30 last night. Ordered some Krystal burgers with cheese and no onions. The guy taking my order expressed in a sarcastic tone what an inconvenience it would be to have to fire up the grill and make my order. I said fine, give me the burgers with onions thinking I'd just remove them myself. They came with so many onions I swear they added extra out of spite. Onions were beneath the cheese, on top of the cheese and falling off the sides of the buns into the little cartons. I also ordered some specialty Krystal chiks. He said,"Are you sure you want four? They're $3.99 a piece. Obviously, that was an inconvenience as well. I said fine, give me two. In hindsight, I wish I had canceled my order, drove off and went to Burger King or Sonic. I'll never go back to Krystals in Crossville again. Worst drive thru service I've ever experienced in...

I went there yesterday tried to get food, after waiting for a good minute for someone to come to the speaker (almost left then) they couldn’t due tap pay, unfortunate but whatever. I decided to try and order the food and have it delivered, they said it would take over an HOUR. For 1 combo meal, I ended up canceling because by then my food would be cold and nasty. Never have I had an order from anywhere take over an hour. Especially when I’m 5 minutes exactly from Krystal’s. Yall need to update your system and provide better service. It’s crazy how I had to wait in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything and no cars in front of me and no one in the parking lot. I used to LOVE Krystal’s as a kid but I guess those...

This location needs to improve customer service at drive through. 1 - We gave our order, but the teller didn't respond. When I said, "Hello?", I received a "Yeah, I got your order." Again, pause. 2 - I asked for a substitution for the Family Feast, instead of 4 medium fries we asked if we could sub two of the medium fries (value $1.97ea) for two Krystal's (value $0.78ea). Seems like a win win. The teller said, "No." 3 - No ask if there was anything else they could get for us.

No hello's, no sorrys, no explanations...The food is Krystal's, so quality and taste exactly met expectations. But the expected salesmanship and customer service needs attentions. So, I have to...
