My 3d session 3 out 3 for face laser treatment with Alice was done today. As always, it was absolutely amazing!! Alice made her magic again! I see already significant difference on my face: nice radiant youthful skin, even tone, structured and lifted face, absolutely beautiful plumper lips in very nice shape. And everything looks so natural! Great job Alice! I feel myself so happy and beautiful. I just love my face now! Many thanks for a such high professional work! Special gratitude for office staff for being so professional, welcoming and sweet! Very clean and tidy as always! I highly recommend everyone to visit this place!

And I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for her excellent work. Alice is a highly professional nurse who loves her job to make us beautiful! I always have amazing experiences at this center! I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen for two years for all my beauty treatments. My mom, along with many of her friends, go to Dr. Chen consistently as well. He is very knowledgeable and always educates me on the different treatments available, depending on the results I’m looking for. He’s done a number of my treatments ranging from Botox to nose, chin, and cheek filler. I appreciate his tailored approach to my individual needs and that his recommendations are always thoughtful and prescriptive. This is very important to me, since a lot of other doctors try and upsell you on unnecessary services. I trust his judgement based on his deep expertise and the rapport he’s built with me. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them as a new patient since 3 weeks. There staff is not helpful and they start asking for a 85$ booking fee claiming its clinic policy. The funny thing is when I ask them to share where this policy is documented on the website they have no proof. I told them i was willing to pay the amount if they can show the documented proof they require payments for booking a consultation appointments. They have been wasting my time for 3 weeks after giving me tentative dates, putting me in the system and not confirming my appointments. They can’t show you proof of their own medical centre policies feels quite ridiculous IMO. They don’t value your time I don’t think this is a place to go to.
