I’ve had a dream experience with KR bridal. My first ever dress appointment was with Linda, and she immediately got my vision. The very first dress I ever put on, let alone in the shop, ended up being my dress. Because my family had come in from out of town for the whole weekend to try on wedding dresses, I still had to go to a few other bridal shop appointments those next three days. Linda was so kind and understanding, she graciously booked us an appointment later that Sunday (after quitting hours, which I didn’t even realize until I got to the appointment), so I could try on the dress again. My experience at other bridal salons that weekend couldn’t even compare to the lovely and almost magical experience I had with Linda and KR bridal. Even when I went in for my return appointment, there was another bride and her family making a second appointment at the front desk, telling us that they intend to return and that we are going to have an amazing experience here (thinking this was our first appointment!). When trying on the dress, I got my true say yes to the dress moment! And it’s all thanks to Linda! Also, since purchasing my dress, Linda has been so responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns I have. She’s also been kind enough to communicate with the designer about any customizations I’ve requested. I’ve had such a pleasant and warm experience at KR Bridal, and I’d recommend anyone to go here. Anyone that got their dress altered there I’m so sorry. They are incredibly overpriced, they do not pin or mark the dress like a real seamstress should and have an attitude problem. Brought in the dress they acted like it was some special harder kind of dress to alter….it’s a standard wedding dress. Then told us that was the only fitting and we would just pick it up. No wedding dress alterations should ever be one fitting even if you get it perfect the first time. Tried to charged us $925 for a lazy 5 MINUTE consultation and alterations, I’m telling you go somewhere else. We took the dress to a new seamstress and the consultation was completely different. The lady doing the same alterations, pinned all the layer separately something they didn’t do at the shop and is only charging $215. This seamstress has done 42 wedding dresses this year, and she was so shocked by what that shop is charging for alterations she had to sit down. The cherry on top of them not being great, rest assured that I’d you decided to not go with them they wouldn’t care not one bit. No questions or concern when a $925 alteration walked out. One review cannot do justice for the amazing experience I had with Kim. I got my wedding dress altered with Kim and She was truly amazing, from her work to her sweet demeanor she is just perfect. When I came to kim, my dress was way too big, she fixed it perfectly on the first try and you can’t even tell any work was done to the dress! It looks FLAWLESS. Her price was BEYOND reasonable for all the work she did. I had 4-5 inches taken off the bodice, a bustle placed on he back, and my entire lace dress hemmed. I didn’t have my shoes the first time I went and Kim was not pushy and she was very patient! Her scheduling was SO flexible I was able to book 3 appointments with no problem around my busy schedule. She is quick with her work too! Kim is so kind, and was so genuine and helpful with her recommendations. Her warm inviting personality makes her infectious to be around, like a family member. Her shop is very clean, and comfortable to be inside. I will never go anywhere else and I would recommend anyone to go to her for any bridal or alteration needs!!!!! Love love love!!!
