The Jetty — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I don't often leave negative reviews but have hopes that management will see this and it helps them out. This place has a lot of potential! I will consider removing the review once I know it has been viewed and responded to by management.

The scenary and atmosphere was very nice.

Drinks: for somewhat pricey drinks they were underwhelming. The old fashioned was 1/3 full, the other mixed drink with fruit was lacking the fruit, we had to ask for it after the fact.

Ribs: the ribs were so tough that i had a hard time cutting through to separate them and they had a tough texture and chemical taste. There were sauces listed on the menu so we got a few to try but the ribs and below mentioned pork were so sauced-up there was no way to try the others.

Mac and Cheese: it had a strong chemical taste and odor. I took one bite and couldn't eat more, sent it back.

Pulled pork: drowning in bbq sauce.

Salad: due to a food allergy it was asked for the eggs to be on the side. They were on top of the salad.

Service: it took about 5-10 mins for a server to come over. She was initially attentive but seemed bothered when we asked for the food that ordered that they forgot to bring out. I have also never been served ribs without a wet nap. We had to wash our hands in...

It was honestly amazing! Great service so friendly and kind. It seemed that he actually liked his job and was helping us the whole time with a big smile and some jokes. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was high energy. The beautiful view l is to die for. I had a blast with my friends there and I am so this could be like a go to for me. The food was okay I had some sliders from the starter board which was okay the BBQ sweet sauce was really good. I won't make this my dinner spot just my after dinner spot to go have my drinks at. The jetty restaurant has such a beautiful outdoor patio that captures the Cuyahoga river in its background. It is perfect for a date! I ordered the crab cake sandwich with is served with arugula and old bay mayo on brioche. It cost $14 and all sandwiches are served with chips & pickles. We also got a mai tai with our food.
