Wonderful place to take your children. Our family of 4 had a blast and we cannot wait to go back!
My 8 year old has been begging to go to a Trampoline Park for months because he sees the YouTubers film at them often. I also have a toddler so I was hesitant to take them since a lot of reviews for other Trampoline Parks say they aren't safe for little ones and even their websites recommend bringing toddlers at certain times on specific days. Then I found Bounce Bounce. Although it's over an hour from my house I am so glad we went and will absolutely be back.
Only 12.99 for an hour per person. 16.99 for 90 mins and goes up from there. We went on a Monday and they had a special buy one hour get the second free. So two hours for the 12.99! If you don't have their socks they are $2 per person but now we have them so can bring them next time! Then they offer tickets for the additional attractions. I paid $14 for 4 tickets. My son LOVED the "water ball" but just know it's for ages 3-10. My son and I also did the zip line and it was SO fun. Not many things qualify as exhilarating for 30 and up but it really was.
Another option for your tickets is the bumper cars and a pirate ship ride. The pirate ship ride was closed but they told us that before we paid. Included in your hourly rate are trampolines galore with climbing walls, a ball pit with a climbing maze, slides, basketball, soccer, dodge ball, foam pit, and a fun obstacle course. The obstacle course is also for kids only. Our 2.5 year old did great until she got to the rope ladder, then dad did have to go in and save her but we saw a lot of young children making it all the way through.
While we were there the employees were working on what appeared to be a new arcade area. It was taped off since it's not ready for use but I look forward to using it once it's ready.
This ended up being much longer than I anticipated but I know that I read reviews before I go anywhere so I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.
Thank you Bounce Bounce! We will be back! The party packages looked reasonable so I will look into...
Read moreWe are still recovering from a stressful first visit. Note: if you are escorting a toddler to help them play, climb out of ball pits, etc you will be asked to pay for jump time and purchase grip socks (even if you aren't playing).
Then, since I couldn't go in to help my daughter out of the ball pit I asked an employee to help. He sat and watched for 5 minutes while 3 other little kids tried unsuccessfully to help her up.
Things seemed fine and fun until the spaceship ride. My daughter rode it once with no issues. Then, my son and nephew got on with her for another ride. Midway through, my two year old was able to stand up (even after the attendant buckled her in). My dad noticed since the attendant didn't see and ran yelling stop the ride. I ran over as she looked like she was going to fall out. At this time, the attendant was hitting the emergency stop button but nothing happened. My dad grabbed my daughter and tried to pull her out but her foot got stuck in the belt. I grabbed her and was able to tug her out while the ride rotated away. She could have broken many bones or landed on her head. The ride finally stopped when a key was used to turn it off. My nephew was so scared that he wet himself. All of this in on surveillance video.
I ran to get a manager while the attendant worked to stop the ride with the boys on it. She walked over and saw the ride was stopped and said, "oh, I guess it's fixed." I asked if they needed to fill out an incident report. She looked at my daughter and said, "no she's fine. We only fill one out if someone is injured." I told my father and he demanded one be filled out and got a photo of it.
Since there was an issue with the ride, the owner and another man came over to look at it. Neither appeared to know much about electrical work.
I am so thankful that my kids are all OK but am beyond disappointed and frustrated with how employee's behavior. This staff is not trained properly and the rides apear to not have maintenance or working seatbelts.
Might need a damn lawyer since they don't seem to give a damn and someone could get...
Read moreI recently visited Bounce Bounce, hoping to indulge in my love for bouncing. As someone who enjoys a good bounce, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat underwhelming.
Facilities: The trampoline park itself was decent, with a variety of trampolines and bounce areas. However, the trampolines lacked the springiness I was hoping for. Instead of feeling like I was soaring through the air, I felt more like I was gently hopping. 🦘
Safety: On the positive side, the safety measures were excellent. The staff ensured everyone followed the rules, and there were plenty of padded areas to prevent injuries. While I appreciate the focus on safety, I couldn't help but wish for a bit more bounce in my bounce. 🛡️
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was lively, with music playing and kids laughing. It was a fun environment, but the lack of bounce took away from the overall excitement. I found myself longing for the exhilarating feeling of a high jump, which was missing here. 🎶
Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their positive attitude made the experience more enjoyable, even if the bounce itself was mediocre. 😊
Overall Experience: While Bounce Bounce has potential, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a thrilling bouncing experience. If you're looking for a safe and fun place for kids, it's a good option. However, if you're a bounce enthusiast like me, you might find the bounce here a bit lackluster. 🌟
