Review update: second visit, the lady at the front made my day sooooo much better. I asked for basil seeds again, because I requested them on my first visit but was told they only had them in pre made drinks. This time, a different associate told me she could put them in my tea if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. I decided to stay and ordered a sandwich. I didn't get her name but she made my day. Thank you so much.

I wanted to try this place for so long, glad I did. The business is very spacious, sitting areas looked clean and inviting. I ordered my tea, which was prepared very fast. Only thing I forgot to ask for is light sweetening, my tea was super sweet. Good, but super sweet while some of the sweetener was still on the very bottom. My first sip was a sugar rush for sure. Delicious!!!! A lot different than the normal teahouses I go to but their mango black tea is so creamy and sweet I would have never guessed I'd like it so much this way. Definetly gonna be a repeat customer when I'm on this side of town (:

Update: 2 years later and now that I moved back to this side of town I come here often again. I think they have switched management because their service is wayyyyy better. I use to wait for 10-15 on one drink but they are much much faster now. They use to have many different girls at the front who were not very friendly and now they have the same guy who is very nice. I also realized due to another person's review on here that they have the option to make your smoothie with almond milk which is extremely rare, I can't ever find other tea houses that do this for us lactose intolerant people. NEVER BUY BOBA FROM THIS PLACE!!! Service is horrible and they act like they have better things to take care of than your order. I ordered a milk tea with boba and no ice and they brought out a half-full cup WITH NO BOBA. I was confused and asked who’s drink it was and why it was so empty. She said it was mine and I had to say that I asked for boba with it. She brought it back finally with boba and demanded 50 cents since apparently I was never charged for it after distinctly asking for the topping. The drink itself did not look presentable whatsoever and was very disappointed for wasting my time and money.
