Brident Dental & Orthodontics — Attraction in Dallas

These people are very unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. There office in California is also very unprofessional. I have them on tape hanging up and my face and practicing poor customer service .They refuse to give me there name and I called them over twenty times and they refuse to let me speak to the supervisor and this was the grievance department. The cold part of the grievances office is that I never got to put in the complaint when she hung up in my face and told me I could never go back there.Now I also have the office on 6780 Abrams rd suite 207 Dallas, Texas 75231. I scheduled my son visit a month ahead of time they call me the day before to tell me that if I come I will be waiting all day and I said why and they advised me that they over booked. I advised them that, that was not my problem and I had taken off of work for this day. I ask to speak to supervisor and they wouldn’t. Once I started calling back to back they wouldn’t t pick up the phone so I went up there and record them not picking up the phone and ask to speak to the dentist her self. They advise me that she was busy, but low and behold she walked up in the flesh and said she would see him the next day. Now the dentist office called me two weeks ago and ask to schedule appointment with my children and I did . Here it goes again they call me back the day before twice and I confirmed and and then call the third time to tell me I am banned from the dentist office. I ask them to let me speak to the supervisor, which they said was not in and then three minutes later a manager name Eddie gets on the phone. Eddie gets on the phone and says that I threaten the workers I advise Eddie that, that is a lie I have them on tape and then he tells me o that’s the reason why I’m banned because I recorded them. I ask advised them that there was nothing wrong with me recording there poor customer service he states yes their is. I ask him we’re is the paper that I signed that states that I couldn’t record them.This dentist office have not heard the last of me yet, I will be posting the videos and calls so you guys can see how they talk to their customers. The crazy part about this all my children have been going here for over 14 years and hasn’t been like this until they changed company’s.They are very rude and I don’t know who trained them, but who ever it is needs...

Horrible office to attend. There is always new workers. I had to go to the office three different times to have impressions done due to the location not doing them correct. I have had my braces on way over due time for them to be taken off. I’ve been waiting to get my retainers since February. The assistant Chris even tired to fight me at the front desk today because I was upset when I have a right to be upset because I keep having to go into the office to have impressions done and call off from work due to their inconvenience. Yes I want to know what is going on with my impression. And I asked if a different person could take my impression this time for to Chris taking them the last time. Chris was mad and was opening drawers hard and talking under his breath and making little statements to the orthodontist.. I’m a pregnant woman And he is a male. Trying to fight at work. He began to take his mask off and said he will go clock out and meet me outside. So unprofessional and in front of another customer who was waiting on his daughter. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please go to a different location if you would like better service. No one wants a person working on their teeth with that type of attitude and someone who can’t handle an upset customer. Get out of customer service or learn how to do impressions correctly. And if you would like a stable orthodontist, do not go to this location. I’ve had about three different orthodontist over time. I saw another review that they lied about cavities as a scam to people. but I already had my appointment so I went in. unlike most other people here, my wait time was very short. they had me go back and do x rays which was fine. then they looked at my teeth and within less than 60 seconds decided that I had 4 cavities. unlike other dentists where they showed you the cavities or ask if you want them filled/ask youth make another appt, she just decided for me to fill them. after they left the room I noticed the tools. they were FILTHY!! the mirror was foggy and rusted and the other tools looked unclean. I decided to tell them I wanted to wait on the fillings and they were very pushy to get it done today. I told them I wanted to come back and they said "are you sure? its all covered? it won't take long?" I had toby persistent and say I wanted to reschedule. as I was checking out they told me I needed to make another appointment. I told them I would call to make another but they said I cannot leave without one. I just gave in and let them book me for 6 months from now but I will for sure cancel.
