Update 5-17-25. Had a coupon for an oil change special and request to come back. Figured I would give them another chance. Happy to say that the service I received this past weekend was on par with the level of service I received from 2014-2019. Fast service and great customer service. Had oil change and state inspection done and also got a free carwash. This is the level of service I expect from Dallas Dodge that made me a long time customer and I still utilize them even after moving from Dallas to Lewisville & Denton. Will continue to be a customer if this level of service is provided.
Update 6-1-2024. Well 2 yrs. later and another bad service trip. 2 yrs. ago I went in for an oil change and left with a bill over $200 due to a supposed stripped screw in oil drain pan. Service was extremely slow and customer service was subpar. My Service rep gave me a free oil change for next visit due to bad service. That prompted the review below. This visit was 1 star!
Well yesterday, I had a 12:30pm appt. for oil change and state inspection. Got there 30 mins. early (12 noon) because I had a 3:30pm appt. and I know they tend to be busy on Sat. Expected 2 - 2.5 hrs. for service and that is what I was told at check-in. Looked at some vehicles as I contemplated my next vehicle purchase. Will be a Jeep since they no longer make the Dodge Nitro. Well when I left at 3:40pm, I had and extra $90 in charges (expected $60-65 for $30 oil change special and state inspection, paid $152.27). Apparently, replacing the 2 license plate bulbs was $90 worth of work. The got me a 2nd time and there will be no 3rd time. No more service calls and definately will not be purchasing my next vehicle at Dallas Dodge. Long wait time and bad customer service. My service advisor Richard Morris was useless and offered very little help. I had to reach out to him to get updates on my vehicle. He told me an extra $40 for the bulb change (which I assumed included labor since the bulbs cost less than $10). Somehow that turned into an extra $90. I would have protested the charges more, but I was alreay late for my appointment.
One of the reasons I made the drive from Denton to Dallas was the nice customer waiting area where I could pull out my laptop and get some work done or watch a movie. They updated the customer area (not for the better) and now that 1 perk is gone. So no reason for me to drive down there just to waste my time and money!
My next service call will be with Denton Dodge.

Working with the GM and salesman Chad Hickman is like working with your own brother to hammer out a good deal and exactly what you want. If they don't have it on the lot they will find it for you. The finance personal don't pressure you Into something you don't want or feel you don't need. But explain all the benefits of the products they offer. So if you are looking for a Ram truck or any other Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product you have to go see Chad at Dallas Dodge. Don't forget to say high to the GM. He has to be the most Customer Service driven man I have ever seen in his Position. I would write his name here but I'm not good with names. I know Chad from two years ago when I bought my last truck from him. I drive lots of Miles and my trade in was At 107750. So it's time for a new one for me. Update: 10/31/2022 I just put on (4) new Goodyear Wrangler tires. They have very competitive prices. So the wait was worth my time. Although there is construction going on the roads and the building, things went very smoothly for me. I was going to buy a new truck but they (Dodge) decided not to make the two door short bed anymore. Must be an Italian blooper. At 129,000k mileage I have time to wait to see if they realize the mistake, or do they want me to buy a Chevy or Ford? I'm sure I'm not the only one. But I do feel the pain of the Challenger and Charger drivers. They don't want electric as much as I don't want four doors on my truck! Michael Stuart

Bought 4 more Goodyear tires New service adviser Tiffany was a real trooper putting up with a customer like me on her maybe first days of employment. I always know what I want and nothing more. I had a blow out earlier that morning in the rain. Cut my arm while changing it in a very sketchy part of Dallas. At 5 am you have to get off the highway to be safer from cars and truck . So I was in to much of a hurry. Anyway you could just have imagined my attitude. Knowing this 193,000 2018 Ram 1500 regular cab short bed I can never trade in on a new one because Dodge refuses to make them. It still fells like Dodge says We don't want your Business. I have drove 1978 1995 2007 2014 now 2018. I'm sure I'm not alone in wondering why Dodge Thinks men like me are no longer worth a new Truck.    Read moreDo not go here for car repairs 0 stars. They had my dodge durango for 3 months. I had replaced alot under the hood before going here I told Johnny what all was replaced. He told me after having it for 2 weeks it needs 9 different things one being the computer which was new. So we ended up getting the major things needed to get it running including getting another new computer. They said in July it would be the end of August or September before they would get the part for the computer. So we ordered the part my husband put the part on my car and they charged me still for him putting on the part after saying it wouldn't be a charge since they did nothing. Johnny also said because they had my car for so long and I was having 3 things done he would take off $150-$200 I have this recorded. When we went to pick up my car he denied it and refused to do what he said. I also talked to Alex the manager because my car was taking to long and he was just as bad at not returning calls and laughed about Johnny not doing his job. They also over charged me for the repairs they have been supposed to call me back for over a month now. They also messed my key up after I paid $35 for a extra key never got the extra key either. They also messed my air conditioner up it worked when it went into the shop and even in April when they saw what all was wrong with my car but in July it is messed up. I also have 2 new lights on which weren't on when my car was taken here. Worst experience and would not recommend. I do have proof of everything I have pictures and videos I would suggest if going here to do the same. Do not recommend Johnny at all or Alex after my experience with them and being over charged and them messing my car up on purpose.
