Never again will i go here havent ate whataburger in a while decided to go to this one! Ordered two double whataburgers a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich an order of fries and an apple and lemon pie yes a very big order so i understand some things can be messed up. Well got one burger two apple pies and very soggy fries had to go back inside to get rest of order we decided to get an extra lemon pie instead of taking back one of the apples we buy the pie the lady gives us to much change back so we try and give her the amount back she takes off before you can hand it to her so we set it on the counter and let her know we gave her the change back she rolls her eyes and walks away well we could have just kept it but whatever! We wait 15 minutes for kne burger with no one in the restaurant and very few cars in drive thru! They have at least ten staff members walking around talking and laugjing not doing anything while we wait and our food in the car is getting cold we get home to eat because we are starving open up the buffalo sandwich and it looks like someone stuck their finger right through the paper and sandwich bread! Ewwww! Then we get charged for cheese on the burgers no cheese and one had mayo and other had mustard?? WHAT!? Since when does whataburgers come with mayo on it!? Apple pies and lemon pies were very old and stale i refuse to eat here again and advise anyone else to do the same you will be disappointed id rather eat mcdonalds or cat food either or would have been better cheaper faster and had better...
Read moreIt took forever to get my order and then it was wrong. Not only did they screw up my order but also someone else's while I was sitting there waiting. I went ahead and ate it because I didn't have time to wait for another meal. I love the food when it's right. just make sure ur not in a hurry when you order. There was a old lady, myself, a old man and a family of three so the place was not packed and it looked like they had a full staff. Don't know what took so long and why they couldn't get orders right. I could see confusion with the cooks while I sat there. They opened bags they had made for drive thru and was pulling stuff out of one and sticking something else in it. That should have been my que to get out of there.
This is four years after I wrote the first review. It amazing they still can't get a order right. They should hire people that can read. These people can't get an order right to save their life. I don't think they could get it right even on accident. It's unbelievable that these people I mean how bad they screw up orders. It's every time I go to this place that screw up the order. If I was the owner I'd fire everybody and start over. And have some standards when you do hire people. Maybe let him read something out of The Cat in the Hat or something. Just make sure they can read above the first grade level. It's sad for those people if you can't do a freaking drive-thru you're pretty much useless. Sorry...
Read moreI just wanted to share my experience that I had. After the Dallas Stars game all of the fans received a free Whataburger coupon I decided to utilize that today on my lunch break. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. From what I am told, her name is Elora. When I pulled up to the drive-through speaker and didn’t hear anyone for about a minute or two I said hello and she said just give me a minute. after four minutes I said hello again and she came on and said just tell me what you want. I said I had a free number one coupon and I would like the burger with pickles, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup. she responded so you want a number one with no onions or tomato. I said yes ma’am. She said pull up to your second window. When I got up there, she said my total was $6.92. I explained to her that I had this free coupon. She seemed extremely irritated, rolled her eyes and snatched the coupon out of my hand. And close the window. After a few minutes, she handed me a bag with my burger in it. I asked for a receipt so I could get an order number and her name. She was like well you didn’t tell me you had a coupon so I will have to get my manager involved to avoid out the money. She was extremely rude. Did not give me a receipt and I called the location afterwards to ask her name and they said it was Laura. I would highly suggest maybe pay a customer service...
