Mannn, let me get into it. First off the staff there are either rude, too quiet, or they just don't know what they are doing half the time. And they just seem like they don't want to be there. I had my check in time really early in the morning (as opposed to 3pm) and it was confirmed, however when I got up there I was told I couldn't check in and had to come back at normal check in time. So i was stuck in dallas for a hot couple hours. 🙂 I waited for what looked like a manager to show up and when I explained to her my situation, she said "not my problem" and drove off as I was talking. Soon when check in time eventually came, they threw a $23 deposit at me. Was it on the website? Nope. On any other 3rd party application? Nah. It was on a shifty faded piece of paper that was taped to a slab of bulletproof glass in the main office. I could barely read the damn thing. The room itself, it was liveable but I mean come on. There were stains and burn marks in the bedding, stains in the curtains, weird looking stuff on the walls, the room door was BARELY on its hinges ( I mean if you lean on it with half of your body mass you could probably knock it down), the locks on door were worn out or or small pull away from coming out all together, the bathroom door was falling apart, the toilet was dirty (i didn't take a picture of inside but there was piss on the toilet seat when I arrived), I don't even wanna get into what the hell i saw on the floor of the bathtub. The TV was not what what was shown in the ads for this place AT ALL, and it barely worked. I pressed volume down and it shot up to max volume💀. The remote was keeping together worse than my last relationship and that's saying something. The outlets barely worked. The lights and ac were alright, i can't complain there... except for the one next to the TV that was held up on hopes and dreams. That thing fell off while I was at work and broke, and I guarantee you I'll be charged for it too. The peephole was hollow and had a napkin or something shoved through it. Is that everything? Overall, I at least had a place to sleep, but I had to cover myself in the towels(which were also dirty) bc I didn't trust the beds at all. The best thing about this motel were the housekeeper ladies. They were nice and gave me a little more hope. I checked out about 45 minutes ago. It went pretty smooth but the guy behind the glass was so dang quiet. When he handed me the deposit of $20 back, he practically threw it down like he was mad or something, but oh well. I don't recommend putting that deposit with card, there were people who said they never got it back. I recommend using cash. One other thing I forgot to add, there was a random fire in the dumpster. I don't know what that was about.

(TL;DR Cleanliness: 5/10 Accommodation: 6/10 Luxury: 1/10 Parking: 7/10 Service: 3/10 Area: sketchy Would not recommend staying here.) Cleanliness: 5/10 The only reason it is a 5 and not less is because it does seem like things were washed. There is no vent cover in the bathroom, and in fact the cover was sitting on the toilet seat when we came in. The bathtub/shower is not fully attached to the wall and peeling off (though it is still very firm). The nozzle is not on properly. I also believe there was once a plug cap for the tub drain as well but it is not there. My bed sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floors feel swept (at least on my feet) but there is stains and random marks all over the floor. I will put it this way, I used to have bad OCD and I feel comfortable sleeping shirtless on the beds and walking on the floor. As for outside the rooms they are not very clean. Accommodations: 6/10 It has most of your typical hotel stuff like soap, shampoo, towels, AC, and tv with a remote. However, there is no fridge, no closet, no safe, no microwave, an Luxury: 1/10 There is no pool. There is no breakfast. This is about the bare minimum. Not terrible but definitely no luxury. The bath towels are also bare minimum as they are only about 3ish feet long (I forgot to take a picture). Parking: 7/10 The parking lot is pretty easy to get into and it was easy to find a space. Service: 3/10 The services was not the worst. However we already paid for the hotel through Expedia but they kept trying to charge us for each night. Every single night we had to go to the office to get our key-card scanned so it'll work for our room. That probably would have been fine if they let us know that before, or maybe even after the first rescanned. We had the cleaning lady only ever come by our room 1 time out of the 3 nights we were there so do not expect to have your towels replaced without having to track someone down. Oh and the nice little check in counter thing you see in the main pictures of the place. Yeah that was closed off and you had to do business in the back part in a super tiny room. Which btw is the only ice machine, vending machine, and microwave there. As far as I've seen there was no washer and dryer for customers. Area: sketchy As a Christian I am chill with any situation I am thrown in (at least try to be) but I will say the area is off the main road, there was someone always smoking weed, and we had random people knock on our door in the middle of the night. So if you are wanting a safe area this is not it. Overall I would never recommend this place to stay at (sorry to the owner who might read this eventually??)

I just checked in (one night stay) and I'm already giving it one star. We booked one room (2 adults, no kids) online and with fees it came to $77. First off, the office/lobby is grimy and smells of smoke. The vending machines are dirty and the trash can and microwave are also disgusting. The main lobby is actually closed off and you have to enter through a side door to a small area where only 3 people max can stand and wait. There's bulletproof glass that you can barely hear the receptionist through. And the clientele are absolute garbage human beings. It took us 20min to check in at 5pm because they had to call security to eject someone from their room. Then the receptionist tells us it's another $21.50 security deposit that will be refunded when we check out! Then we get to our room. I immediately started taking photos when we walked in. The room is supposedly non-smoking but the smell of smoke assaults you when you open the door. I don't smoke and I'm actually afraid of getting 3rd-hand smoke from this room. The door has no deadbolt and you can hear everything happening outside. The AC unit is broken and very dirty on the inside (fire hazard!). The blanket has cigarette burns, blood stains, and other brown stains on it. The floor is also dirty. The smoke detector is covered in plastic wrap with a rubber band. The wall vents are stained with smoke. The toilet didn't flush (and had an anti-tampering device inside). The shower was disgusting and had a covering on the floor, likely due to staining. I asked the front desk for a new room and he said he can't do anything about it. I have attached photos. Worst motel stay ever...and I have stayed in lots of motels across the country, including Austin, Phoenix, and Providence. None of them were even half as nasty as this one.

I usually don't leave reviews for anyone, but due to my circumstances recently, I'm feeling it's very important if we don't put the information out there nobody's going to know. Honest truth about it I came from Tucson to Dallas to attend my uncle's funeral. They were inexpensive and I thought okay I've stayed in cheap places before so I'll give it a shot. First thing was a $20 deposit that had not been disclosed to me from the company that I used to make the reservation. He was put on my Bank card. Got to the room and the first thing I had to do was kill a roach. So there was his dead squashed carcass on the floor and when I woke up this morning it was gone. The room is dirty, not just dusty but filthy grimy chunks stuck to the floor in the corners, mildew in the bathroom, stained linens with holes in them, outside is horrific and doesn't look anything like the pictures. Oh by the way, the interior pictures do not depict its current condition either. This morning when I checked out I wanted something showing it the $20 deposit was being processed for refund I asked for a receipt. I was told no and that I would see the refund within seven business days approximately. I told them that I needed something documenting the deposit was paid, and it was being processed as a refund. My experience when I worked in this industry is that the summary for the room should show charges tax incidentals deposits paid, then deposits refund leaving a zero balance. Therefore everything was paid and refunded. My receipt does not show any spot where a deposit was paid nor does it show any refund processing. Me, I was already in irritated mood, told the clerk they should be able to give me some type of receipt on something. Think about it people, this is an electronic day and age and there should be no reason why if things are processed electronically that you shouldn't get a receipt to show the transaction. My receipt doesn't show a deposit paid, let alone a refund in process.

I know this is a cheap hotel, and I'm traveling on a budget. But the attitude of the clerk combined with the filth of the property inside and out really made this trip more difficult for me than it needed to be. Instead of the clerk trying to give good customer service and help me feel comfortable about leaving my $20 behind essentially, he was just down right rude and pissed me off. I've spent less and got better service from a vending machine! The management or owners of this property don't care about the property, the quality of the product/service they're providing It's obvious that they don't put any money back into the building, linens and supplies. Too bad there isn't a wishing well on the property because that's basically all you'll be doing...throwing your money away. My $20 has the same value as the next person but that place is taking advantage of those of us can't afford to stay at 5-star hotel. Shameful! I feel badly for the staff. Why do housekeeping work when the house is a dump and your efforts are in vain. I have pictures that I'll post...
